Easily spent 45 mins in the drive thru line and there was only 2 cars in front of me. They open at 11 didn't start taking orders till after 1110 and it still took over 30 mins from there to get my food. The employees are rude and don't want to be there. I will never return to this location again it's a joke.
I would give 0 stars. In this place there is always something wrong. First I always have to wait about 30minutes in the drive thru to get service because they work too slow. They never have sauces, and when they give me the food I have to open the bag because there is always something missing. A couple of times I bought soup and there was not chicken inside!! The fun thing is that they never loose because they always charge even for food they don’t give to customers. It’s sad that this is the most closer pollo tropical from my home. Really disappointed!
The tropichop with grilled chicken was sooo good. It was fresh, made the way I liked and the service was great. Thank you Pollo Tropical

Pollo Tropical is a great lunch spot. This location allows for a high volume during lunch and the staff moves quickly to get food out the door. The new churasco steak chop is great!
Probably the worst of all Pollo Tropical Restaurants I’ve had yet. Out of all the pollo tropical food chains, this one by far is the worst I’ve had yet. Do not even go in there, and order food. There’s no flavor whatsoever in this food. It’s missing ingredients, plus it is not clumsiness at all. All I’m saying is, try a different spot. Before this Pollo Tropical changes your mind forever lol.
By far the worst experience I ever had was at this location . 3/13/2022 at 5 pm No whole Chickens after waiting 25 min online at the drive thru . Ok so I understand that these things sometimes happen. But I continue to order other things . My total bill was 60.00 . I watched the manager wrap my Cuban Sandwich which was ice cold . Things were forgotten with in my order but I checked it in parking lot before leaving . So I was able to go in and get them . The store was a filthy dirty mess . Ok once again I understand your are busy . When I got home none of my order was in edible. Everything went in the trash . Nothing was eaten . Listen you are better off closing down for an hour to regroup and get it together when your totally in the weeds . Everyone needs to be retrained . I will never return to this location.
Manager was super helpful. The order forgot my sweet plaintains which were paid for, il3l eat it the bill this time. Overall, very tasty grub.
Nothing worse than taking time to run out for lunch to pick up your order with no chicken in it. Thank you Pollo Tropical for making my day that much more hectic
A week ago I decided to stop going to this location. This is by far the worse Pollo Tropical in Palm Beach county. I’m Not quite sure how they’re still in operation. I’ve gone to this location a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt and I get the same result every time. Well not anymore I’m done. The customer service is a zero and the food gets an F. They’re always out of something, and the food isn’t the greatest. The restrooms are filthy! The drive through is ridiculously a long wait every time and they always get your order wrong. The workers are very rude and could careless about the customer. I will NOT be spending a dime here again.
