What a disappointment! I went inside and ordered the new meal "Scabeche Shrimp Bowl"First, the cashier ordered the wrong meal.Second, when they prepared what I had really ordered from the beginning it was very poorly prepared. It didn't look appetizing, messy and didn't look nothing how it was advertised.Needless to say, I asked for my money back and left.I know that this new meal will not sell & will not last very long, if they continue to not prepare it as it's supposed to be. The manager did not even appologized for my inconvenience and their mistakes.I do not recommend the meal nor this particular Pollo Tropical. What a let down! ?
Very good food, just that the lunch crowd wants to eat and sit and relax and take up sitting space for other people and I saw people looking around disgusted and complaining to management and taking food to eat in their vehicles.
I used to get food from pollo tropical very frequently, but the service is dropping. I know that working in the fast food industry can be stressful, but when it comes to customers a little politeness goes a long way. My last shopping experience there was lacking in hospitality...I don't believe I will be going there much after my last experience.
Very bad service. The food took like 30 minutes with no one there to be ready. Worst Pollo Tropical
Everyone in this place is seriously brian damaged. They almost forgot all my orders and poured the lemonade out of a bucket right in front of us. Then not only that we asked if they remembered the forks, they said yes. They ended up lying to us, do they expect us to eat our food with with our hands ? We got a bowl rice beans like seriously. Maybe if you don’t like your job here at polo tropical you should seriously think about quitting and working at checkers across the way. This place deserves 0 stars. And not to mention it seems like they are having a partying in back of the kitchen the way they are all throwing the food together.

Messed up our order a few times, service was rude, out of sugar cookies for kids meals salsa etc and very dirty. Trash over flowing the food bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened for the day. Very disappointed in pollo tropicals now.
Good food bad customer service from management. Ordered a big meal for the family and then wanted to add to the order and the manager said we can't because we're too busy. Interesting....turning down money.
Visited West Palm Beach Okeechobee BLvd. Location three times with a gift card that I purchased during the holidays. Each and every time I had to have an issue with each employee and also involving the store manager. My verry first encounter I was told when I attempted to pay with my $25 gift card. " WHAT IS THIS" I simply said it is your gift card with POLLO TROPICAL in big letters on its face. The cashier was unable to scan it , after several tries and the line forming behind me a manager came up to the register. Again unable to process the card. To cut this story short this occurrence happened again twice more at different dates to the same location. My latest attempt on 2/20/22 at now the 45th street WPB location I had the same experience . At this location much much worst attitude with the lady manager I believe her name was something like LUNA not sure of the pronunciation. She insinuated that I was lying about this being a valid gift card. I told her I would be contacting customer care about her defiant attitude. Her response was "DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO" After all this I decided to try ordering online and pick it up in the restaurant. The gift card worked fine and I got my order with no issue. My question is it that difficult to read and enter a Gift Card? My best take away of this is to keep away from the two Locations I motioned. There is no customer care ,service or know how ! - Sam
