Have been here a few times, never disappoints! This last time I got vegan pho and spring rolls. The pho was great, the tofu was perfectly tender and yummy! Quick service, nice staff. Go go go!

Delicious restaurant serving up pho, vermicelli noodles, rice dishes, and other specialties. Tried the chicken bowl, it was so good! All the flavors were deliciously balanced.
My friend and I went to Pho 16 tonight and it was excellent. I ordered the Bun Dac Biet, which is cold vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimps, pork, chicken and BBQ short ribs and peanuts. They also give you two egg rolls that were out of this world and a dipping sauce. My meal was delicious, but of the items in the dish I'd have to say that my least favorite part was the BBQ short ribs. The shrimp and pork were amazing. My friend ordered the vegetable Pho which came with the side typically offered with Pho. We both used and enjoyed the hoison sauce to enhance our dishes. We agreed that it was very reasonably priced and we both had leftovers for the next day.

We've been ordering their Pho Vegan (pho chay) for years now, both in person and Uber delivery more recently.Effective 2022 they have removed their Vegan Pho -Pho Chay -- from the menu. Their message to Vegans is that we don't want your business -- Stay Away!!Their In-Restaurant service has always been bad, but we continued to order their Pho Chay for delivery, which used to be excellent.But now that they've removed their only vegan entre from the menu, as vegans, there is nothing there for us or ANY vegan.Goodbye Pho 16, you've just lost many many vegan customers by turning carnist.
Never in my life have I tasted something so utterly wonderful. I never tasted Pho before because I didn’t grow up with it, (VERY UNFORTUNATE) but I swear this place is magical! Your pho has become another reason of mine to live now, you have a forever fan, you’ve blessed my life with your delicious pho, God bless everyone who works at this incredible place. How could I have gone my whole life without this food!?!! (SO Sad) but it’s okay, because I found you guys now! (BLESSED) No wonder I’ve suffered from depression, I NEVER HAD PHO! My goodness Lord, this is some food for the soul, THANK YOU!

Most authentic pho restaurant in Palm Beach. Food is delicious and the owners are from Dak Lak one of the most hospitable regions in Vietnam. Don’t miss this place. Go soon
