One of the better options around, but very inconsistent. Some days the food is great and other days you wonder what happened. Would be amazing if the service was better. The daughter and the mother are not the friendliest yet they are the face of the business while the husband chef is the cook. We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and it tasted spoiled. The pho or rice are the much better options. Possibly it was just old leftover broth or a bad day, we aren't sure, but the broth had a sour taste to it.
We just came back from a cruise in Ft Lauderdale and craving for Pho, we just found Pho1 by luck. We anticipated that it's just OK Pho, still much better than McDonald. It came to our surprise that their Pho and Bun Bo Hue are lots better than any restaurants in Orlando. We had 10 people in our group, and every single person rated this restaurant a 5-star. Trust me, go to have some Pho at Pho 1 and you will be a very happy person.
Best Pho place in Palm Beach County, possible even Florida. That's a bold claim, I know. I've been to almost every single one around this area and this by far is my personal favorite. The both is so flavorful and rich, you can tell someone put some time and love into it. Staff is nice and friendly. It is the only Pho place I go to in this City now.
Very good place for Vietnamese food.Friendly staff, good service and yummy yummy food too.Is very calming every time I go there. I think it's the atmosphere.Vegetables are fresh and nice size portions.Price is reasonable and you'll leave with a full belly!There are few places I'll go eat and recommend Vietnamese food and this is one of them.
My 1st time going and OMG! The shrimp ? Pho bowl was so good. I don't know what I enjoyed more the shrimp or the broth. You can share a bowl with your child or significant other as well because it's a nice sharing size. I will be returning.

This is a family own d and run restaurant. You can feel it the minute you enter the clean spartan restaurant.. My wife and I are relative newcomers to Boca Raton and missed the Chinese and Vietnamese food we were used to in New York. We each ordered a combo pho and we shared a shrimp papaya salad. The salad was excellent and so were the pho’s . Very reasonably priced and because it is Pham I’ll owned and run the service is warm and sweet.

Absolutely refreshing and delicious! I’ve been waiting for a pho place close by that had a flavorful broth, fresh veggies and great portion of meat (since my go-to is pho with brisket). I’ve been twice in a row now, and can already tell how this family-owned restaurant is so hardworking and welcoming; truly wonderful service. I can’t wait to return.
I’ve been looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant and Pho 1 did not disappoint. My husband and I split the Pho Dac Biet, Bun Bo Hue, and Bun Thit Nuong and they were all delicious. It seems to be a family run operation with the mom cooking and the son serving. Come support this small business!
