This is a great chicken joint. The staff here is very friendly, though overwhelmed due to the staffing issues. The food here is inconsistent; sometimes sandwiches are perfect, sometimes not. My last couple visits the sandwiches were luke warm, not hot. Seems like they make the sandwiches before the fries.The flavors are always great. The smiles on the staffs faces keep me coming back even when I'm not completely satisfied.
This was my first time eating here. Not only were the fries nice and crispy, but the chicken sandwich was amazing. They seem to have a great system in place for getting food out quickly. Would definitely eat here again. I wish I got the milkshake too.
It was good like any other time I've gone to a PDQ. I ordered some of the new Mac and cheese and I'll be honest, it's Kraft. Keep going there for the chicken and the fries, that'll always be the good stuff. One of the drink machines didn't have ice and they were giving out packets because the dispensers needed to be refilled. Overall it was fine
The food is delicious, I’ve never had an issue with the food or the staff. the staff is great (especially Tatiana) and friendly, it’s always very clean inside. Recommend everyone come here for some amazingly good, warm and fresh food!
The quality of PDQ has declined significantly. The nuggets were cold. French fries were left out or order. Upon entering the restaurant to get things corrected, the staff did not seem overly concerned with mistakes on the take out order. Restaurant appeared to be less than clean. I will not be returning.
I love PDQ, but it's a little pricey for my family so it's a rare treat, which made it all the more disappointing when one of our sandwiches today was raw in the middle. Not a little pink but actually raw. I'm only knocking off one star for this because we've probably eaten at this location maybe two dozen times over the years and never had this happen before.Overall, PDQ is high quality fast food, and I prefer it to any other chicken fast food chain, including Chick-fil-A, which is over hyped in my opinion.
Great place! Very nice staff and comfortable booths to sit down, enjoy some good food and catch up with friends! The food was excellent, served hot and the environment is fun, casual and comfortable for a fast food restaurant…. They are definitely People Dedicated to Quality! Very nice experience all around! I’ll be back for sure!
There’s fast food, and then there is good quality fast food. I put this chicken fast food next to Chick-Fil-A… open kitchen concept, and a clean environment to eat. The quality is perhaps second to none.
Nothing brag about. Just fast food place. Service was good, good was overall at best. Nothing to really draw you in to go back
I ordered the 4 PC chicken strip meal. The chicken strips were a little small, but tasted pretty good! The restaurant was clean, big tv's playing the NFL playoffs, and finished it all off with a delicious strawberry shake!
