The rudest employees. All I wanted was some sauces and was forced to wait 15 minutes while the girl working on 6/8/22 at 9:05pm was on the phone. I told her before she got on the phone that all I wanted was sauces and she made me wait regardless. Then when I politely asked her for the sauce she was rude and sighed at me. Absolutely rude and unprofessional female employee.
I will not order from them anymore. 2 and a half hours gone by and I haven't received my food yet. I'm glad I was paying with cash. If I was going to pay with my card I would call my bank quick and dispute it. If you give someone an estimate time stick to. I understand 5 or 10 minutes late. But 2 and a half hours. I ordered before the kids got out of school elementary and middle school kids are out and still haven't gotten my food. I called there to cancel it, I can tell that they haven't done it yet because they never said your order is out for delivery. This the Last time they get my service. Been patient long enough.
Poor service delivery drivers fail to follow simple instructions and if I pay a delivery fee to go 0.3 miles you are not a unpaid worker
Place an order to my grandparents house. Never showed up. When I called they said they weren't able to send me another pizza out and offer me %50 off my next order. NOT REFUNDING The missing pizza.As if to accuse me of lying for a 10 dollar cheese pizza. We just switched to domino's.
I am appalled that I was called back after I called the store to advise them that I didn’t receive everything that I ordered and I received the wrong flavor of wings. I was asked to send them a picture. As strange as it seemed… I did! I was placed on hold he came back to the line and say ok ma’am and hung up. I called back to see if he received the photo and I was told that they cant receive photos just phone calls. Well why did you ask me to send in a photo? Then you proceeded to ask if I could bring the wings back. Why should I when I paid for it to be delivered and tipped.. Very disappointed!!!!! Here’s your photo!!!!

I placed an order online and received burnt over cooked garlic knots and super thin (epic stuffed crust) pizza w no toppings or sauce when I asked for pineapple on it. I came in and showed the pictures to be told I could get a coupon for a free pizza next time or half of my money back. We threw it away and couldn't even eat it..I will not be ordering from here again!
It's ok. Pizza needs to be baked a little longer.
