I personally worked at this Location (2021) Everyone was cool and on point to what their position was and others would make their way to help when work was slow. Once its rush hour with calls and orders online back to back everyone is helping ever managers. I personally think if mistake is made its due out of accident or driver is literally lost or confused on where to deliver and i myself was a driver. I myself was trying my hardest when lost. Place is always cleaned. I myself enjoyed working and wish to be given a second chance. New crew (2022) really don't care. Slack. Due to whoever is Managing. I myself meet and went threw inspection and everyone was a team player under Terrence(Main) (2 other helping manage /supervise (2 other male employees).
Manager is worst than the disrespectful unprofessional employees i will never ever order anything from here threats made by driver and one thing i will not tolerate is something like that to fix food for my family. Because you don't read your notes or follow directions cant reach a real person polo grounds papa john on summit and military -1srar.
I’ve ordered from this store a couple times in the past 6 months, super fast delivery, perfect pizza. I’ve never been a Papa Johns fan but they’ve really upped their game IMO. You’ve got a new customer for sure. Delivery like the olden days-30 mins or less. ??

I ordered the new NY style pizza pepperoni half mushrooms and half black olives got no pepperoni was definitely not ny style asked for well done definitely was not well done First time in my entire life I’ve never eaten at Papa John’s Pizza it was absolutely disgusting I have pictures of it as well

I simply asked for the driver to call my phone when he arrives because I have a sleeping baby. The driver did not follow the directions and rang the doorbell. My dog went crazy and now my baby’s nap was cut short. The driver said no one told him but when I called the location the “Manager” told me he did tell the driver. Point is, I will never order from this location ever again.
Pizza is good bot great. Customer service sucks and I couldn't get do much as a thank you from anyone. They look and sound miserable. I would hope Papa John's was a great, fun place to work but maybe not. I guess Shaq can't fix everything.
Used the papa John's app. Said was delivered 15 min ago... Called guy immediately puts us on hold at 7:50.... later says order doesn't exist repeatedly then says we have the wrong papa jons. After he disrespects my wife while on speaker, I take over phone call. I repeatedly say my address and last name. Guy says town house number wrong (and I'm not exaggerating) 4 times.... Now I'm starting to believe they're high as heck.. I yell. He yells. He Blames delivery guy. Delivery guy shows up later. Delivery guy was super nice, polite and professional.Date is 10/25/2021 on a mondayI'll make sure the app uses. Different store from now on
