Absolutely delicious brisket sandwich, and…yeah, absolutely delicious carrot cake. Owner was very friendly and the food was brought out within two minutes of ordering. A lovely lunch.
When you first walk in you're greeted very pleasantly. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had the brisket and rib combo. Everything was delicious the Caribbean mac and cheese is just like I remember from home. The ribs were full of flavor and the brisket was seasoned perfectly. Be sure to get dessert it was the only part I missed out on. You won't leave hungry. I hope the business will thrive for years to come. I always love a Caribbean run shop.??
Food is good. Problem with this place is they always have an issue from being out-of a menu staple item to inability to accept credit cards. Seems every time I either go to order from this place or dine in there is an issue due to poor planning and management that always makes me have to switch to a plan B. It is frustrating because food is good but place is so unreliable it is hard to recommend going there!
Delicious BBQ!!! Pulled pork sandwich is so delicious! Brisket is good too but pulled pork is my fav! Juicy and flavorful. Beautiful presentation. The sweet and unsweet tea are home made and YOU MUST TRY THE HOME MADE PEACH COBBLER! Best bbq in WPB
The sandwich was fantastic. Teas are homemade there at the restaurant. Greens were amazing. Great bbq and would recommend.
The picture is a little misleading, as you can't REALLY see the nearly half pound slice of brisket under the other half pound slice of brisket! I thought I was ready for some authentic BBQ, but this place said no, you're not ready for this. The brisket was so tender, I scooped it up with my fork, and it basically fell apart on its own. The fat liquified to perfection, and the burn ends were the stuff of legend. Not being from the state (much less the area), I was definitely not expecting this place to be here, and I'm honestly shocked that the place was empty. With food like this, you Floridians should be packing this place daily! The only thing better than the amazing food, were the people serving it, and I hope that if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Florida, that they'll still be here doing this. It kills me that I'm only going to be down here for a couple weeks, because this would for sure be a frequent dinner stop!
Have been looking for the perfect BBQ and I found it here. The food was delicious. The chicken was so tender and it was the best mac and cheese I have ever eaten. The atmosphere makes it even better. I love the decor and the everyone was so friendly. I really could not have asked for a better experience all around. We will definitely be returning.
We tried the pulled pork sandwich, brisket and chicken... all were wonderful. The mac n cheese and beans were also quite good. The owner heard my 6 year old say that she loved BBQ so he had a few Saint Louis style ribs brought out for her to try which was incredibly kind. This place was not in a location that you would probably see unless you are location to the area, but I am so glad we looked up BBQ restaurants and found it. Highly recommend.
