Not a good first impression. Butchers get 4 stars! They were warm, friendly and helpful. The woman working the cash register did not smile, did not say hello, she did not say one word to me... not even thank you. Not surprised to see reviews about this place lacking in costumer service.

I've been coming here for years for the oxtail dinner. Unfortunately my last visit was my last visit. I understand that we are in a period of high inflation. But $22! Nope.
Customer service could be a bit warmer.I had to put my own merchandise on the butchers scale. ?♀️ thank God for strong arms.

I love this place it is and still is the TOP RESTAURANT of West Palm Beach and surrounding cities. I live in Clearwater now but when I come back in town it’s the first place I bee line to before going to see anyone.
