We are SO HAPPY TO HAVE AN OLIVE GARDEN! However, this is not the "fastest" Olive Garden of all. While the food is still great, they don't Always have the fastest staff.**UPDATE (2022): Service has greatly improved! We had our entire meal from being seated to paying in 45 minutes and the food was great. Only complaints were that they only had 2 draft beer choices (Bud Light and Blue Moon) but they were out of Blue Moon, and when I ordered the cheese ravioli with meat sauce, it came with very little sauce, so I had to request additional sauce on the side, which was provided. Otherwise, my husband said the Seafood Alfredo dish was the best he had ever had and it was a much better experience than we had previously.

amazing food, loved how friendly the waiter was, he accidentally stepped on my service dogs foot though. other than that, very accommodating

Great service to start. (SOPHIA).Absolutely loved their build your own pasta, mushroom recommended. We also got the Carbonara with chicken and shrimp. And a kids cheese pizza.Garlic bread sticks so yummy. And a Tiramisu!

I’ve been too many Olive Garden’s All around Florida and this one is brand new and my first time here. Beautiful new style, great take out area, six spots dedicated to take out overall a beautiful location. However Service was slow at best and I should’ve stuck to my good old fashion soup and salad. The soup and salad was great as usual but I decided to be different this time and get Chicken Marcella as well. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The entire meal was lukewarm, the noodles were undercooked and the chicken was like ground chicken patties from a fast food restaurant. I’ve had much better TV dinners as it tasted like it was fresh defrosted and microwaved. I will not ever try again. Disappointing for an Olive Garden.

Bathroom nasty!! Ok soo im a very disappointed that soup as can chicken and it say it is made roasted chicken and then both me and my son order an entrée and we both where pose 2 get bread sticks and the server said no only 1 set a table but umm im paying over $19 for the tour of Italy dish ×2 and u gunna tell me we dont get our own bread when the menu say each entrée comes with soup or salad AND breadsticks does not say only 1 bread per table.... the server automatically started speaking to me in Spanish assuming that I was Spanish which is a little on the racial profiling side if you ask me just because I have darker hair and darker skin then also server was only feeding Spanish people in her section I noticed my son is mixed but he looks so people say Spanish so she also spoke to him in Spanish while i was in the bathroom... I will not be returning there again... Host was very nice the busser was very nice!!

Salt. Every cook in the world uses salt.I'm so sick of restaurants catering to people on a low salt diet.Salt gives food its flavor, without it pasta tastes like boiled water!Pasta water should be the salinity of the Mediterranean Ocean.Humans need salt in their diet, if you do not eat salt you will die.More people would think your food tastes good, if you made it the proper way, and allowed low salt people to request separate food.I'm so sick of every restaurant, serving hospital food, because 5% of the population wants low salt. The best part is, salt is not even bad for you, it's necessary. So the people on low salt diets, have gone on it for the wrong reason.Sugar causes high blood pressure. Stop eating sugar, start using the proper amount of salt on your food. It will change your life.

Me and my family of 3 came to Olive Garden at 7:30pm. Remember that time. We were seated and we ordered soup and salad and everything was going fine. Come 8pm, our waiter is no where to be found. He then comes at 8:25pm and asks if everything is ok. He totally forgot to take our dinner order and assumed we just came for soup and salad. I was so upset, and try to stay calm and polite. He then took our order, and the food didn’t come until 9:05pm. As soon as our plates came, we had to order boxes because one it was LATE, and two we weren’t hungry anymore, and THREE the thought of just staying longer made me sick. We didn’t even get a discount, and I was kind enough not to request a manager because I know they were short staffed. Long story short, will not be returning. Who waits an hour AND A HALF for their food.

Hadn't been to Olive Garden in years. Was a good experience even tho the service was a little slow hence 4 instead of 5 stars, food was still God and hot.Floor manager came by to check on us which was nice and when I gave compliment on how nice the new restaurant looked she offered dipping sauce for our bread sticks, which I accepted. Silly me for thinking it was a gift, because it was on the bill even though I never asked for it. Meh ?

It's a nice place. Has a different and more modern feel to it than Olive Garden restaurants I have been to in the past. The hostess and our server were both really nice and the food was about what you expect from a typical Olive garden. Consistently good, but not something you're going to rave about.

This is my first time going to this Northlake location. We had to wait about 25 minutes around 2:30 pm were seated. They were very busy on this Saturday afternoon. Our server was Leyla and she is absolutely ? ?? fantastic and very kind and friendly. Big kudos to her for working is this industry and make it look effortless. As far as the foods, our mango strawberry lemonade was very nice. My Blue Amalfi cocktail was not strong enough to call alcoholic beverage. It tasted okay. The endless soups, salads, and breadsticks are great for $9.99 if you can eat more than one bowl of soup. My all time favorite at this restaurant is Zuppa Toscana. It tasted great as usual. The calamari appetizer was very lightly fried and delicious. It came out pretty fast. The tour of Italy thing was not a nice big portion for the price. Minestrone was also nice. One thing I did notice is all the silverware had tough water stains. I had to wipe them with a dab of water on the napkins before I used them. Other than that, the atmosphere was also nice and welcoming and again, the best part of the visit was Leyla, our sweet and beautiful server.
