this place is horrible smells like road kill when you walk in. there was BLOOD on the floor. there was and ice cone sitting by the trash with a caution sign in it. the floor looks like it has never been mopped. the coke in the fountain was foamy not bubbles foam it was disgusting. this place should be shut down now.
This one guy that works the drive through, stares at you but never says anything. I always thank him when he hands me my food but he NEVER SAYS ANYTHING!!!! Not a thank you or you're welcome. It makes the experience so awkward.
McDonalds open 24 hours? its a lie. The staff in all of Palm Beach county ate incompetent, lazy and dont care about being resposible. Today is April 19th 2022 at 3 am. all lights are on. This store manager and staff should all be fired ASAP!
The "Open 24hr" signs are posted throughout. They're liars. It's not open, but the staff still answers the drive-through as soon as you pull up to tell you they're closed. TAKE DOWN THE SIGNS! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!
Wish I could rate a Zero stars . Employees were nasty ..Can't make a shake girl put crushed ice in it . Food was recieved cold because girl forgot about it after we were told to pull up. 2 emoyess washing windows went inside and started packing food into bags did not wash their hands nasty nasty people beware of this dump .
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! Subtract the 1 star, this place has rude , mouthy employees, disrespectful, under trained, under educated, nasty people.Wife and I on a day trip, stopped for a bite to eat, ordered 3 hamburgers and a chocolate milk shake. We paid , pulled to next window, was handed a medium chocolate shake, immediately we seen the shake was more like chocolate milk, runny mess. We asked for a fresh shake and then 4 different voices yell to us " that's the way they are nothing we can do" we asked for another one anyway. We were told to pull up and wait for our fresh shake while other individuals could get their order, so we did. We waited about 2 minutes then 3 McDonald's employeesstarted yelling pull up move up, pull up. We did not move, these people were actually yelling out the side door and from the sitting area inside. Finally another employee of McDonald's handed the shake to the first, then the second McDonald's employee that were washing windows and picking up emptying trash and rudely over to me. ( How unsanitary is that???) I looked at that shake it had ice chips like, and worse than the first one. I had to go inside to get a refund for our purchase. The manager states that's the way the shakes are. Disgraceful this place is not friendly, not a clean place, employees are disrespectful, nasty, lazy, untrained, hateful bullies.
This McDonald’s is horrible. Employees always rude even though they are the ones who messed up your order, ice cream machine is never working typical, never answer phone. I order a 6pc with fries(simplest order ever) they gave me 4 nuggets and fries both were cold. Went back they gave me fresh food but call themselves trying to be funny and barely filling up fries. But I can show them how to be funny promise.
This one is off and on but morning employees are great. You have to remind them about what comes with everything, or the occasional watery orange juice. But they are better than other McDonald's. Night crew is terrible though.
message to franchise owner.You need at the least better management.Food is wrong too often, service is devoid of any "smile", and the drive through... just make it one lane because your employees can't figure out a queue.There are to many McDonald's nearby to deal with this location, and I choose McDonald's almost on a daily basis for breakfast.
Every morning I come here the service is fast and good. The employees here are fun and friendly while still serving food accurately and fast.
