Nati Gloribel and Olga this 2 ladies are the worst managers over there make it so bad they stealing employees hours, racist and ignorant. They treat haïtiens really bad, nati gloribel specially if an employee called her about something she cut their days and hoursShe’s so disrespectful over employees. She raised only Spanish people money and the others never. I don’t work over there but I used to see everything she’s doing to some employees
Slowest fukin drive thru i ever witness in my entire life, I been here in the drive thru for a whole fukin hour. This is fukin ridiculous.
So whomever working is at this McDonald’s drive thru as of right now 9:24pm was horrible. Pretty sure it’s a manager. Anyways. She wouldn’t take my code from the APP told me it is wrong and that it isn’t working. Made us go to first window and refused to scan it to see if it’d work. We had to literally show her how YOUR McDonald’s app works. still paid full price Just because she claimed the code didn’t work. Why offer free McNuggets if I’m going to have to pay for them anyways???
Early doordash and McDonald's have a battle going cuz if you're in the Drive-Thru line you can't even get to the window and keep moving in the back of the line they're trying to start their own delivery service so I'm trying to buy McDonald's
When you place your order - they give you whatever they want to give you and then charge you more money to correct your order by saying, “that’s not what you ordered.” This has happened to us three times - so we have stopped going. The last time we went, their drink machines weren’t working and they asked if we’d like something else. They said we could get iced tea or slushies. So we got the slushies for our little ones. Turns out, they upcharged us for the slushies. Why? They didn’t tell us it was an upcharge - why am I getting upcharged because the drink machines are broken? I wouldn’t have gotten slushies otherwise. The managers are never helpful and never take accountability for their employees taking the orders incorrectly and charging extra for things we didn’t order. On the last visit, the manager yelled at us because we were “holding up her line” when he had literally handed her $50 to fix the order they messed up and she hadn’t given us our change. She kept telling us to pull up to a spot but wouldn’t give us our change. When they brought out our stuff to a spot, there was stuff that was still missing and they claimed that it was never ordered or paid for (because they don’t give out receipts). To me, it seems like someone is pocketing cash at this location.
Out of every Mc Donald's I've been to. This is by far the best of the best. They never mess up my order. The food is always fresh and you're never waiting in line for extended periods of time. This Mc Donald's truly stands by its title of "fast food."
Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life at a fast food restaurant. I ordered 2 large meals with sweet teas. Received medium teas, before I pulled away I asked why they were not large. The women looked at me like I was an idiot, did not resolve my problem and kept leaving the window despite me having an issue with my order. I could tell she barely spoke English as she just kept saying I dont know and shrugging her shoulders. I get all the way home and half of my one meal isnt in the bag at all. I call, speak to the manager, that manager tells me to come back and she will take care of it. When I arrived BACK that manager was nowhere to be found and instead I get ANOTHER women who barely speaks English who keeps repeating to me what WAS correct about the order. I would rather go out of my way to a further location then have to deal with the incompetence of these people again.
This location honestly hasn't changed. Customer service is okay but too many homeless people inside and outside soliciting. Didn't want to dine here.
I got 2 drinks. A shake and a Sprite to go from inside because the drive thru is always a nightmare. I got home. The Sprite was not Sprite. They had filled the cup with water. Oh, and they had no AC inside. Straighten this location out, please.
Today, I was hungry for McDonald's and passed by this location. I got in and wanted to wash my hands before I ordered so I entered the men's room. The state of this bathroom was such that I was horrified and quickly exited the restaurant without buying a meal. I'm writing this review 5 hours later and I'm still shocked by what I saw. This bathroom was dirty and disgusting as if it was a scene from Stephen King's horror story.
