It seems like everytime I drive thru this location and order anything they always put on the screen something opposite, you have to repeat your order multiple times and they are clueless when you ask for extra onions
I have never came across racing themed Macdonald with real racing gears inside. This one is a super rare . The racing cars and bikes are awesome. It's kinda sad to see this amazing outlet with relatively poor management. It took me several tries to get things like ketchup or even napkins while it wasn't even busy!!!
I do like this McDonald's in West palm beach the best, the staff are courtesy, polite they get your order right and food is hot if not the managers are on top of it
Unprofessional staff. Came here to pick up a large order. They claimed they didn't have it..... More like they didn't want to do it. Laziness at its finest.
McDonalds open 24 hours? its a lie. The staff in all of Palm Beach county are incompetent, lazy and dont care about being resposible. Today is April 19th 2022 at 3 am. all lights are on. These store managers and staff should all be fired ASAP!
I deliver uber and I've worked for heisner and being temporary closed start at 330 to 400 not 330 to 530 no McDonald's system reset takes 2hrs 45 mins at best the over night manager and employees need to be fired or have the two hours taken from their pay. But the craziest thing is when I went through the drive-through at 4:30 and it was temporary closed so I goes around and I asked what what time will you be open and i was told 5:30 I was just here earlier this morning around 345 and they were still temporarily closed. A 15 minute wait is ok but a hr is no urgency and just lazy employees. Not recommended for fast service and not a 24hr drive thru.The Olga I knew didn't condone this. Went back at 5:30 and they were still temporarily closed I asked how long and the response was they didn't know breakfast wasn't ready really I've worked at McDonald's it doesn't take long to cook anything most items under 5 minutes
McDonald's isn't the same as it was when I was growing up. Back then they took there time to prepare a meal ins6of just throwing a sandwich together. It used to look like something you would want but know when you open up your sandwich it's sloppy.
All female crew with no sense of urgency. They're hard of hearing and you have to repeat yourself a couple of times. The the dining area is dirty

Ordered for my child and the quality of the item was made with perfection. I even complimented at the drive-thru window how nice it looked. It was not just throwed together the individual took their time. Thank you ? ?
