Horrible job McDonald’s all fast food In palm beach is a failure ! Literally about 3 different times they forgot to add cheese when the slip on my food literally says add cheese . If they tel you park for food they literally forget you are outside everytime cause all they do is sit in there and talk
Sitting after lunch to pop up my laptop and work while waiting for my wife and kids at the zoo, after a while the manager kicked me out saying that they only let customers stay for FIFTEEN minutesI appreciate if it's a company policy, but this had never happened before in any other McDonalds nor other stores
The best McDonald's in South Florida.I'm telling you the truth... this is the absolute best. Their food is consistently delicious and fresh. The store is always clean. Good people work here.I don't even like eating McDonald's much... but this place makes me hungry just driving by it!Congratulations to the management and team! bad service I was waiting in line for my breakfast and when I arrived to order it it was 11 o'clock and they told me they don't sell breakfast more lack of efficiency
Good service, good food. Had a bad experience with a chicken sandwich where the chicken was undercooked but I was to far to turn back to make an exchange. Quality checking should be a priority. Other stuff was good.
My food was good but more specifically the sweet tea was off the charts. I know a person shouldn't get so excited about sweet tea , but until you try it, you can't possibly understand lol. Oh and the employees were great too lol.
Sorry to the person who tonight got my order and I got yours. Sorry I didn't check the bag fully, maybe it was because the both of us, along with 6 other cars, were on line at the drive through for almost 25 minutes. At the very least, now I know bacon on a double 1/4 with cheese and 4 PC nuggets is a solid order.To the employees at this McDonald's. You're legit the worst.
Drive thu is the absolute worst. I sat deadlocked in a car line for over 18 minutes waiting for food. The cashier had no change for a $20 with a $16.52 order!!!!!!!!! The fires were not fresh and my double cheeseburger was replaced with a quarter pounder. Nightmare. And I was given no receipt

Newly renovated. Take out window process greatly improved and the workers are very efficient and notably pleasant. Indoor seating could be more comfortable. Food, as expected, is up to McDonald's standards.
