Closes 15 minutes before posted hours, intentionally overcharges customers and the manager refused to fix it. They said and I quote it's only like a dollar it's not a big deal the manager said no.Almost every time I come in with a coupon they try to give me a hard time.Last time I was there rather than reading the coupon she tried to arugu with me and lied about why the price was higher. When i tried to correct it the next day she got incredibly rude and the manager said her manager instructed her not to help me. i wont be returning to this location untill they are able to function like other resturants.
First McDonald's in a long while to actually give great service

McDonald’s in general has really really gone to ****. Fill in the bank yourself. There is nothing positive to say anymore NOT even a smiling face or courteous employee at this location. The area manager is courteous but he is never there.
Not the first time this has happened online it says store closes at 12am get there around 11 see staff sitting at a table pull up to order border sit there for about 5min say hello no response no cones blocking one of the order boards either
I ordered chicken nuggets for my wife and she ate them and on the last chicken nugget she bit into it and it had a crunch and when she looked there was a bug in the middle of the nugget will not eat here again and will be reporting this people unless u want extra bugs in your food then eat here they will be reported
I used to work at a McDonald's. I got the best service I have ever gotten at thus McDonald's from a McDonald's. The woman who took my order was great. The woman who gave me my food was super friendly. My order came hot and fast! I am impressed with this location!
I ordered a quarter pounder meal at 9:05’pm. I pulled in to spot # 2. And at 9:30. Still no food. I knock on door and are told there are only 2 employees in store & a huge door dash order so my order is delayed & they had to close the dining room. 15 minutes later STILL no food. I knock on door again and employee lets me inside. Says he’s sorry they are busy. I look behind counter and there’s 6 employees there. Not 2. What the heck is going on. Seriously. It’s fast food. Why lie about the amount of employees. And why take almost an hour for one sandwich and a fry?
If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 I would. The drive thru line always takes 30+ minutes. This is not how a quick pick up should work. This is EVERY SINGLE time I’ve ever come here.
They are the slowest mcdonalds by far. Always an issue with this location, but only visit due to location of home. Hire far to many Hispanics that just chat and play all the time. Destroyed my Mcrib by putting dehydrated onions, not the slivered onions that belong on sandwich. (Travesty) I anticipate the arrival of Mcrib!!!! Phone is constantly busy so I resorted to Google review!!!!! Took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when entered and 4 to5 minutes more to even place order. 4 cooks standing in kitchen just chatting and giggling away, mind you a full drive thru with 5 plus cars, 4 cars in standby spots waiting on orders and only myself in line.
