Unreal how lazy the employees are here. The line for the drive thru was around the corner so I decided to check the lobby. I walk in as the hours says they’re open until 11PM. I walked in at 10:15. “Sorry sir, the lobby’s closed”.I, confused, told them the sign said it was open until 11.“Sorry, the lobby is closed” the employee repeated.Meanwhile he and the other female employee were sitting around eating a meal. Clearly there was no interest in serving the customers given the long lines.Long story short, go to the Wellington location on 441 south. Much better service.If this is a corporate owned location, McDonald’s needs to have them get it together.If this is a franchised location, I feel so sorry for the franchisee. Keep an eye on your people.
It should be against the law to not have ice-cream or milkshakes available at 11pm or anytime after. That's the whole entire point of being a 24hr McDonald's. What, you think we're coming there for the delicious #2? No, we're coming to get large milkshakes, a bucket of fries and a few cones. If we can't have that, do we really even live in America?
Stop by at 3:30 AM said they were out of everything. Sounds like poor management to me. If you’re open 24 hours you should have your inventory up to par. I hope you’re not paying them $15 an hour they’re not worth two dollars an hour.
This McDonald's is far for my home but every time I'm in this area I enjoy coming here because the staff is friendly and fast and the restaurant is extremely clean the restroom is sooo clean
This McDonald’s is terrible , I’m just tired of it . Every-time that you place an order they do it wrong, they don’t listen to you .The night shift it’s the worst . Whoever is in charge of this place needs to do something .They are very rude, even racist, because of my accent. I was just there today and the person who was placing my order didn't listen to what I said, she just told me to go to the next window without finishing ordering and when I got to the window I asked her what she had put in the order and she definitely put what she wanted without a confirmation of what I ordered. I just cancel my order and then I went to the okeechobee location without any issues . I’m really disappointed with this place . I will not spend another penny in this location.
I ordered and was charged for a double quarter pounder with cheese meal in the drive through. I got home and had a cheeseburger. I was the only car in line. So it wasn't because they were busy.
2:00am was greeted with a bright and cheerful girl named Tanya I’ve never had someone greet me with so much joy at 2am in the morning and great service! Tasty food!
Had no problem with the food but the service is very strange. So they have kiosk order only signs up at the registers. I guess they are trying to be more efficient but took a long time to get our food, im guessing they had to try and keep the drive through moving so inside guests can wait. Also if you need a straw or ketchup forget it. You can stand at the counter while employees just look back at you. If by chance one of them needs something close to the counter you may be able to get a request in. I like that places evolve but I'd rather just order in the drive through from now on.
