I was highly disappointed after I visited this Longhorn Steakhouse. It's one of my favorite restaurants but tonight was an absolute flop. I ordered the salmon and it definitely was not glazed, marinated, or grilled to perfection. It was bland and undercooked. It did not arrive on a bed of rice but instead on a plate of liquid. The server then states, oh we are out of rice, is there something else I can get you. So I opted for the loaded mashed potatoes, hoping it didn't take as long to get them, as it did for my initial meal to come out. I also ordered the asparagus. They were so overcooked, they had lost their color AND they were cold! I'm not sure what happened tonight, but instead of sending the meal back and disputing how horrible it was, I paid my check and called it a night. This was not how I wanted my night to end after a long day of conference meetings. I have never had a bad experience at Longhorn until tonight.
My first experience was exceptional! The food was so delicious, the atmosphere quiet the service was good. I recommend this place to everyone!
The waiter i got, her name was Katurah T. she is the absolute best. she treats everyone with such kindness and respect. me and my family left so happy with our service. it’s also my birthday and everyone sung and also got a free ice cream. everything was so good and i was very pleased with Katurah’s service. she should honestly get a raise. i loved her so much and so did my fam.
Terrible experience tonight, worst we've ever had at any place since arriving in West Palm Beach (2017). First off they left off several items from our take out order, called several times, kept hanging up before someone finally answered, explaining only one person is working take-out... guess if you are short on employees it's ok to leave stuff off the orders...normally I just write it off but this time I had to call... as you can see from the pics the restaurant replaced the missing items with extra protein... last time eating at Longhorn...???
We arrived at Longhorn at 6 pm. Finding a parking spot is tough because Longhorn is next to Duffy's Sports Grill and parking was limited. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait even though it wasn't busy yet. We were a party of 3. Even though we were there before 2 other party of three, they sat the other 2 party of three before us. One of our guest ordered just onion soup and he said it was OK. The second guest ordered salmon with broccoli which he enjoyed. I ordered the chicken Parmesan with a baked sweet potato and it was delicious. And because it was our guest birthday we ordered the strawberry shortcake dessert. It was heavenly. Best dessert ever and a must to have.
Excellent service. Good food and drinks as always. Delicious shrimp app. (Not pictured) nice date night.. family friendly as well.

Great steaks and good service.I took 6 guys,spent very well.Maybe $600 or more with the bar tab etc .One server (she wasent serving us) had the balls to ask us to be quiet.We were having lots of fun and she didn't approve.I won't be back.
The decore is nice, the service was okay but the food was horrendous! The baby back ribs where extremely hard, terrible taste and they were just covered in BBQ sauce. Ew I am never coming back! The bill was cheap but I understand why, the food is disgusting!
Dandra is a valuable asset to the Longhorn team. We go here often, but I was blown away by the level of service and attention provided by our server. The food was great, awesome experience. Hope to return again soon.
