Stacey and her dessert creations should be featured on Oprah. She made a Mango/Pineapple Upside Down cake for our Christmas Day dinner & the Hummingbird Cake for our New Years Eve dinner. She topped it off with a Jamaican Rum Cake. All of them were incredibly delicious. She is an artist when it comes to her extraordinary cakes & pies.

The best rum cake! It's authentic Jamaican taste will have you feeling the Caribbean vibe from the very first bite. Their quiche and pies are exceptional! In fact I love everything that they sell lol.
