I called three times today 06/26/2022 at 10:46am I asked if I can place an order for pick up the lady said uhhhhh no and hung up on me.. I called again 10:47am she left the phone ring ring the last ring she answered annoyed .. I said can I place and order she said ugh and hung up.. the third time she did not even answer my call.. — before this my boyfriend always felt uncomfortable to pick up my order because he mention no one attended to him and people use to skip him … trust me I would give 0 stars if I could.

I love that cake they have there, it's so good! I just wish it wasn't $4 per slice. (Maybe $2.50!)

Wish I could leave negative stars. My family went here for a quick meal and it was the worst meal decision ever. The chips and salsa was tostada chips and the thinnest, most watered down salsa ever, and it tasted like tomato sauce from a can with a few chopped up onions. I order the Enchilada and they tasted like cardboard and there was no flavor, the chicken was dry and difficult to chew. My wife got the 3 tacos on hard shells, (1 beef taco and two shredded beef tacos). The first plates they brought out was three chicken tacos. within minutes the waitress came and took them away telling us she made a mistake. Finally got the correct order, but they were so soggy and wet you could not eat them. My son ordered the Flautas, and they were so over cook they were like rocks, the chicken was so burnt and dry and there was no sauce. When we complained, the waitress simply ignored us. We left and went to Taco Bell across the street, which was like a gourmet dinner compared to Las Agaves garbage. Will never go back and I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business.

We were very impressed with the service & attention at Las Americas Latin Restaurant. The food was delicious and plated very nicely. Authentic to the Dominican culture. Softest mangu I've had in a while. Food pricing will not break the bank. We would definitely come back go have breakfast and for sure for dinner as well. Gotta try it!!

I'm Dominican but I noticed that here in south Florida the Dominican restaurants just put our flag to bring people to eat there but I don't think the chefs are Dominican because the taste it's not the same or no good taste at All I the only reason I regret moving from New York to this state is because of the food is so bad that I don't eat well and waste my money trying to find a good taste Dominican restaurant to eat good I need to travel to New York I'm done with Dominican restaurants here in south Florida no more wasting my money

It was a very good experience. The restaurant has a good parking lot, customer service is really great, Letty our waitress was very kind and created a better place for us. The food is really good, I requested a Salmon for sure the best I have been eating in Palm Beach county, a hello and thank s to the chef. The decoration is great, it has a beautiful Dominican Republic flag, and color of the flag blinking in the bar of the restaurant. They need to improve details inside and outside of the restaurant. It is small restaurant, but with the flavors of the Latin American cuisine. I will be there soon. Thanks.

Very good food and wonderful customer service

First time here and not disappointed at all.. service was a bit on the slow side not sure if understaff was an issues.. but overly good was amazing we all had different dishes and no complaints.. A bit on the loud side with conversation so if your looking for a “ quiet lunch” this is not it .. lol! Will be visiting againd

Very good food and nice customer service

Great place to eat, food was great. I would have love to stay and dine in, but the music was really loud and you could barely hear the person next to you.
