The ice cream was very delicious, it’s the employees that have nasty attitudes and show that They really don’t want to work there. Nice little place though.
Im only giving this place 5stars due to Karen giving great customer service she was so nice and sweet to me and my family also going above and beyond asking what size and etc!! And, the reason why it should get no stars due to the fact when I came here the 1st time with my family there was this young dark curly head girl who was very rude when I asked questions about the type of ice creams and seemed like she didn’t like her job who seemed very annoyed. Other than that ice cream is good
My wife went there to get ice cream and the lady who was there treated her horrible she even drop the ice cream and didn’t say a word, and overall the customer service was really bad
We got here at 9:30 and they are closed. Internet says 10pm. Employees inside cleaning and door locked
Just the best authentic Mexican ice cream
The largest and most aesthetically pleasing of the the locations I've been, this one has no outdoor seating, all indoor. Here I tried the mango con chile. I dont know if these paletas vary in taste Chile when the batch was made, but if this flavor is always so spicy, I would not recommend it. I enjoy the piña con Chile, but this one was extremely heavy on the Chile and I could hardly taste mango. I would have enjoyed a sweeter, more forward mango flavor with a kick of Chile in the background. Unfortunately, I grew tired of it and did not finish. Otherwise, it's a good, convenient location off belvedere. I'd return.
Very Bad customer service. Asked her about a smoothie and she responds very rudely that they don’t have any and rolls her eyes. Then when I told her why does she have to be rude she says that’s the way she talks. I have been there several times for many years and no one ever treated us like that. She calls herself a manager and she has the attitude of a low level person. Very rude. We had no problem leaving and headed to Charlie’s Corn ( I recommend and 100 times nicer and attentive to their customers) without customers they wouldn’t even own that business in the first place.
I do like the ice creams there, what I don’t like is that I have to hold my breath every time I go through their door due to the foul smell of something like sewage water (Every time)Also their employees need to be a little more attentive to their customers they act like they don’t care and they definitely don’t make you feel like you want to go back.Today I went to get my fix 30’ prior of closing and to my surprise the door was closed and the girls inside signaled me confirming it.I hope they used this extra time of “early closing” to try to get rid of the foul stench.
1 star because ITS SO HOT.UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS.Too hot to want to sit here to order.The ice cream even looks like its melting.
