I've driven by this restaurant countless times and finally stopped by to have dinner. Our waitress was named Rosie. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed. We ordered the vaca frita with a side of black beans, rice, and tostones. The vaca frita melted in your mouth and had an awesome texture because they finished it on the grill. It was also juicy and well seasoned. The tostones came out hot, crunchy, and the black beans were perfect. I cannot wait to dine here again to try other items. Next time I'm ordering the birria tacos which many people have recommended from La Cabana. Based on my first experience I think it's safe to say you can't go wrong with any of the items.
Most amazingly delicious authentic Mexican and Cuban food we had. We found this little gem accidentally back in December and are so happy we did. We couldn’t wait to get back to WPB to enjoy some more of this deliciousness. Not only is the food incredible but the owner and staff are amazing. So friendly and attentiveness. I give La Cabana 10 stars!!!!
Excellent food. Fresh, made to order, great service! If you drove by, turn around and go back like we did. U-turn worthy.
Horrible service. Waitress came out twice during our time. Food took over 30 minutes to come out. The rice was so over cooked might have well not served it at all. After showing the rice there was no apology simply brought out bland yellow rice. Beans lacked flavor. Don’t even bother. Save your money. Go some where else. ??
We decided to give this place a try due to many good reviews. Overall extremely disappointed. We tried 3 of their famous dishes. All three dishes were tasteless, with no seasoning, no flavor. Such a shame... Do not waste your money, eat somewhere else.
First time here... The service was amazing! Blanca provided us with a excellent service! The chilaquiles were the best ? with birria meat!!! Thank you Blanca for your recomendations, service and for making us feel at home!
It had a great variety of Cuban and Mexican foods at an affordable price. Outside seating was perfect. But mostly the two servers were excellent! They were friendly, food was hot and they gave us good advice about the menu. Our group included 2 adults and 2 ten-year olds! All were happy with our food. Thanks so much
My family and I just had a delicious dinner here. Everyone loved their food. The service was outstanding. Our waitress Rosie was awesome. We will probably hit this place one more time before we head out of town.
DELICIOUS GUACAMOLE! Wow. We stopped here on the way to the airport (with all of our luggage) and ate. Cute place! Clean and the food was great. Very friendly staff (all women?). The three crispy tacos were outstanding.
Amazing food and very very quick service. We got the queso and vaca frita which was absolutely delicious!! Thank you to Rosie for the excellent experience. Would definitely come back soon :)
