The customer service is terrible and the price for one wing is outrageous. KFC is ripping people off. At least the one on Palm Beach Lakes in West Palm Beach is. Never will I ever go there again. The girl left me at the drive through window to take food to a parked car. Wish I could give them no stars.
Ordered a classic chicken sandwich no pickles, as soon as you opened the bag you could smell the pickles. It's a bad sign when you let them know they got it wrong and they don't even apologize for the mistake, they just take the bag and get you a new one. No Pickles is not that difficult!!!!
I passed by and order through drive thru yesterday Feb, 21 at 4pm. Ordered two chicken littles. Ate one and only thing I notice was bread was stale and not as soft as usual. Didn’t pay no mind to it. Went ahead and opened second chicken little and immediately notice a dot on the bread which I recognized quickly. It was a mold spore growing on the bread. I was instantly disgusted. This is not only nasty but it completely unsafe. I called corporate and waited hours to no response. Left a review on their website hoping someone would call me back because I’m completely concerned about other peoples health.Not only will I contact the city but I will contact Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This is total irresponsible that no one has called back and I’m afraid other people will get sick.
It is probably partly my fault but still. I used there new app to order ahead. When I went to pick up 20+ minutes later my order was still not complete. Anyways the only still packed was my sides. I specifically asked by name if all my sides were there. She said absolutely I packed them. So instead of verifying it by myself I took her word for it and went home. Mistake, I was missing 2 sides.
We come here every once in a while as we live nearby. The food is always good but, no matter if we walk in or go to the drive thru, there is always something wrong with our order. One time, they forgot a sandwich we ordered. A few weeks ago we ordered the 10 piece feast and got 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10 which we didn't notice until we got home and served ourselves. This last time, we got the same thing but we ordered dark meat and got mixed instead and they forgot to give us the drink and the cookies. On plus side, we told them about how they shorted us on the chicken the last time and they were nice enough to give us the 2 extra pieces.
They have a post on the window asking to customers to be nice with their employees, but they don't train their staff to treat good and be nice with the customers. 9 months ago I did 5 stars and said it was a wonderful experience. But today I changed my mine completely. From 5 to 1 star, only because I had a terrible experience today, before I had some issues but it wasn't too bad compared to what happened tonight. I went around 7pm on 12-28-2021 to order a Family size 8 pieces of chicken, the guy who served me had no manners at all, first I asked him to put only dark meat, i could see how angry he was because of my petition, then I was about to asking for 2 fruit punch and he closed the window on my face without saying any word, i had to wait for him to come back and open the window to order my 2 fruit punch, 2nd I asked him to give some BBQ sauce and grape jelly then after he got them for me with a ver bad face finally I could asked him for the 2 fruit punch and told me that I had to go back to the line again because Christmas was over (like the bbq sauce and grape jelly was a gift) then he claimed i was too long on the line,really??? He was the one who held me up for more than 10 minutes getting my order!!! I told him that I would pay for them I didn't want them for free, this is innaceptable . What a bad customer service, and its a shame because the food is really nice, but they need to give a training of customer service to their employees, they are lack of patience and friendliness. I hope the manager would get to talk with his employees ? I will never come back here and please don't waist your time.
The young man that attended us was very nice and polite. The food came out fast and nicely packed. It was at night so the place had only one custumer besides us but still the young man that was at the counter, was checking to see if there were more custumers comming in.

We received such excellent service here, and the kindness of every worker that greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. As well as got is exactly what we needed promptly A special request was asked by myself for one of my meals. Even though it went against the rules the fact that they were willing to satisfy the customer Say something about KFC. I appreciate the people there thank you
I don't often eat fast food any more, but was in a pinch. I used to love the original chicken plus mashed potatoes and gravy. However, I ordered the pot pie, which comes with a drink and chocolate chip cookie. The pot pie was hot and fresh with a flaky crust. The ? was a little chemically tasting, probably from preservatives, lol, but not too bad. I would def order it again.
