They do have good food, but internet pricing and in-store are different. So they should honor the price that is on there website.
Nice guy but when My husband dove into his steak bomb sandwich he found 2 long hairs in his sandwich. By the way, I’m the lady who came in with her son and I jokingly asked if you could baby sit my kid.. sorry but that was a rather nasty encounter a very expensive sandwich.. ??

First time back since before the Pandemic. I drive for a limo company in Broward. Don't get up here much but when I do I try to stop here. Reasonable prices and quality ingredients. The staff is always pleasant as is the guy here today. Doesn't seem like they raised prices like all the other greedy owners. My only complaint is I wish they had whole wheat instead of just white bread subs.
went here because other places where closed and figure we try something different and it was good but i would like to try there cuban sandwich i like mines with extra cheese with pickles might be a bit better then the cold cut sandwich i ordered eariler
I wish I could put zero stars but unfortunately I can’t. This store customer service is very poor. The manager doesn’t lead by example for his employees. I suggest anyone who likes Jon Smith to go to another one.
I love this place. Clean, respectful and hard working. I grew up in west palm and always came to this Jon smith. I recently moved but travel frequently back and froth out of state. It's nice when you can walk in and no matter how long the line is, your food will be ready within 15/20 min. Again It's super clean and the guy who works there is the best! Everything is always fresh and in my opinion all the hot subs are better than anything in publix!
Best hot subs in South Florida! Always super quick and they never get my order wrong. The workers are always the nicest people. Plus if you order fries they will make them fresh right in front of you!
