We went to the West palm location 1371 north military trail. Great service. Very friendly staff. Quality subs served with care. Highly recommend

Compared to the other John Smith that I went to this one was subpar when it came to quality and service.. but for what else is in the area and the market for a sub I'm thinking it was better than what was available in its local area.
We both got a steak cheese and onion sub it was fantastic great service I would definitely go back
I have been to three venues in West Palm Beach and this is my favorite. The food and service are good at all three but this location has a special feel because everything is so clean and well organized that you can't help but notice. I used to work in a sub shop (in Atlantic City, NJ) and this is the kind of place we tried to run. As far as food goes, I've only had the tuna subs because it's the best place I've found for them. My wife is a vegetarian and frequently has problems finding sandwiches she likes but she loved the ones she gets at Jon Smith. So 5 starts for them.

I WAS DOING A DOORDASH ORDER TO PICK UP FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. THE ADDRESS DONT MATCH THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE MILAS KITCHEN WHICH IS JOHN SMITH SUBS. So the arab guy on duty was horrible rude to me and my doordash customer on the phone. My customer on the phone could here him being loud and yelling this is not Milas Gourmet kitchen even though the address says its this place which is an error. Yes. But the guy had no reason to be rude.
Apparently they like to close early and lock the door in your face after they tell you to show up before 9

Sub franchise known for their steak Phillies subs. Not my favorite but they are good.
