My sister and I came for açaí bowls and sushi. While we were impressed by the fresh food, the greatest part of our experience was a young man named Anthony. His customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in a while and impressive from such a young man. We appreciated his kind manners and helpfulness. If you go here, request Anthony to help you.
Like prior reviews, I too think their newer staff was a bad choice. Prior, my acai bowl (I love the West Palm Beach bowl) was amazing. Today-with a packed restaurant, the two employees were extremely busy behind the counter on their cell phones. After standing at the register for a good 3-4 min lunch finally said “excuse me” to get their attention. Once their put their phones up, they continued to (rudely) speak to one another in Spanish as I was trying to order. Once I finally received my bowl-I couldn’t eat it. It was frozen solid. The table to my right had this issue also and returned their bowl. When I went to the counter I was informed “our bowls arrive frozen and we serve them frozen. Do you want a refund?” I explained I have been in prior, including just last week, and they weren’t frozen. She repeated “do you want a refund?”Horrible service. They probably should be trained on customer service and on how to defrost the acai prior to serving it. What a shame the company hired such lazy and rude staff. Unemployment is high-you don’t have to settle for your his type of staff!
The food is delicious. I recommend the joes burrito but substitute the chicken for lobster. You will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and fast. The one thing that was unclear is if they are a full service establishment (take your order at the table) or a fast casual place that you order before you eat. I’ve been a couple of times now and I’ve had totally different service experiences each time. To be safe, just go to the counter first and order. Then sit.
Stop, their açaí bowls are soo good. This was my first time having an açaí bowl and I’ve been obsessed ever since
Very nice small restaurant. I had this grilled chicken avocado it was delicious I will make sure I return for the açaí since I heard great things about it. The taste of everything was very fresh and simplistic which I love. The salsa came on the side which is another plus in my opinion. I will definitely go back.So I returned and I got a wrap in which was good. But now my review had to lower few stars. Table was dirty got my bag sticky. I ordered açaí which is from the country where I am from and from my surprise the price is near pura vida price and has like 20% açaí the rest is fruit. Definitely wouldn’t order that again. It needs to improve you can’t sell açaí bowl where there is more fruits than açai. So my second visit was disappointing ?
Nice little place with good solid food. Ate outback under a small awning that made for an enjoyable lunch. Waitress was nice but not easy to find ?

We took the food to go. Was very good being the fact that it wasn't at the perfect temperature. Bang bang shrimp was very good, my wife had the chicken fried rice and she said it was delicious. I would stop in one day and dine in. Friendly staff
Absolutely amazing food. My husband loves the sushi and usually order from the bistro.He LOVES the lunch deals and I love the food ?The soups are deliciousThe wraps are incredible (specifically the turkey avocado wrap) the dip that comes with it is just *chefs kiss* AND they come with fruit! Who doesn't love healthy stuff!Also they don't really offer soda they have a wonderful set up of cold pressed juices as well teaI always get the iced chia, it's a nice change from the usual cola you would normally get with a meal.It gets busy rather quickly and seating is a little limited (it always has been, not because of covid) so if you plan on eating there, make it a PLAN lolThey obviously also do take away so you will see a TON of people especially around lunch time coming to get their fix.If you choose to visit this place or if you go to sushi Jo's you will absolutely love it and not be disappointed.Highly recommend 10/10
The waitress was really slow and had to be reminded several times as about a few items. The vegetarian tacos were tasteless, but the impossible burger was OK They we were also out of fries. The covered outdoor area was only marginally effective against the rain
