Looks like my first review didn't get posted so I will just say that I was super impressed with the customer service today at Jimmy John's on Oeechobee Blvd. Between them making a great sub and knowing that there are people in the business world that still care...I left knowing all was well and I give a shout out for Desmond Williams and the great job he is doing as a manager.
I went in to Jimmy John's for tuna sub today and was so blessed by the man taking my order. ......He was truly what customer service should be all about....It really is a deal breaker as to whether people feel like they want to go back to a place or not when someone has the power to put a smile on your face. In my mind I thought...well he won't last long because he is way too nice and polite and they definitely won't let him get away with giving God the praise......only to find out afterward that he is the MANAGER!!!! Wow. DESMOND WILLIAMS you are the man of the hour. You'll go far...
Called this place several times and no answer. Just ordered food and it it’s been so long now. I mean why say be there super freaky fast? Lol you’re misleading people. You’re deceiving people. Just be honest and say we are busy and it might take a minute. Then he said it’s only 1 driver. Like your owner need to pay more money. Stop pocketing the money and pay more for your business to thrive. This is ridiculous. The market is going up. They are raising prices everywhere so pay people so we get better service please
Every time we go into the Jimmy John's on Okeechobee boulevard in West Palm Beach the manager is continuously cleaning and helping people. He has a great personality and disposition and there's always very nice to everyone.
Taste good, but only one slice of turkey? Asked if that’s correct and they said it was normal. Disappointed!
I wanted to share the great experience that my sister and I had at the sub shop managed by Desmond Wilson. It has been a long time since I had a good sub in a place that was so clean I was shocked. Desmond was just a pleasure and made us feel at home.Not only will I be back but I will come with my husband and family. It sure is nice to have a gentleman help us to understand the menu and help with the app on our phone. Hope he stays here because it is right around the corner from us.
I have never written a bad review as bad as this. After waiting for over an hour for delivery of our order, we called. Ok delivery is delayed, understandable. We’re told it’s out for delivery .. an hour later we call a second time. It’s still waiting on the counter waiting for delivery (???) wait, weren’t we told it was “out for delivery”!Ok, enough, I’ll walk the three hundred yards to pick it up. (our host is 90yo, hence the delivery) yes there was our order sitting on the counter, two sandwiches instead of the three we ordered. “NO” offer to return the delivery charge of $6 for the two sandwiches. Only thing offered was a very sarcastic “thank you”It’s not so much the two hour delay that was irritating, it’s the first lie of “it’ll be there shortly, it’s out for delivery. UnacceptableBuyer beware
Walked in today, a man and women are inside. I say hello and the guy says nothing. I say hi again and he stares and puts 2 fingers up and says nothing. I start looking at menu and he finally speaks but is looking at the food and still no smile or anything. I tell him my order. He rings it up and says anything else. No thank u. What an unfriendly experience. 2:20pm. Desmond was the order taker. 7750 Okeechobee blvd in west palm beach fl.Get ppl who want to be more friendly and are actually polite to ur customers.
They are the faster meal preparing, Sandwich taste is fantastic
I came for a sandwich & left with a full stomach & a side of happy positive energy. The manager at this location,Desmond Wilson- is a breath of fresh air. He is a great person to have interacting with clients. Thank you for wearing a smile & giving more than just food. Top shelf employee!
