Our office eats at Jersey Mikes at least once a week with this location being the closest to us. I have to say, over the years the staff has gotten so disrespectful. The manager Anthony seems to be the issue as he bosses everyone around with one word answers as well as the customers. I am a very patient person but his attitude ruins the entire establishment. I will no longer be visiting this Jersey Mikes, instead I will drive a little further for smiles and happiness that is served at the Okeechobee location.

It is 4 o'clock in the evening want sub so I stop by Jersey Mike in the Village Plaza, vegetables look like they been sitting out all day I asked the did they have fresh tomatoes or lettuce she said no. Prior to her putting my sandwich together I ask was there any fresh in the back she replied by saying "it's the ending of the day and none will be put out" mind you it's 4:00p.m. and the store closes at 9 p.m. so they just going to serve soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce. That is what you call bad customer service who is the owner should do better because the workers make them look bad. Reading other reviews I guess I am not the only one who experienced the not so fresh veggies for the sandwich you spend to much for poor service and food. Thus crew really needs to learn how to do a better presentation with food. Remember people eat by sight so to see food that looks like it is rotten and not willing to accommodate your customers is bad for business.Teach your employees better CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE....

The person taking my order, Anthony was very unfriendly. No hello, no welcome, no smile when I walked in. He grumbled "What do you want?" I gave him my order and asked him to add something to my sandwich. Anthony did not acknowledge he heard me. So I had to ask him did he hear me. He grumbled "Yeah." After I gave him my order, he didn't even have the courtesy to say thank you. When I was handed my sub by the person that made it, again no smile, no thank you. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I guess Jersey Mike's does not train their employees in costumer service.

Terrible service go inside ask for a steak sub and be told that I have to wait 25 minutes because there’s a bunch of orders that are in front of me that I guess were online why would I wait 25 minutes why I’m right there in front of you. I guess thank God they don’t have a drive-through they need to learn how to work on time management

Order online. No mayo and no bacon. They put both on and there's so much mayo I cannot even attempt to salvage the sandwich. Only way I can get a refund is if i drive all the way back to the store which I cannot as I am at work.

Guy in the back, listening to music and playing on his phone then literally uses them same hands to cook steak, huge sanitary issue. I am super disappointed in this location, hopefully this review reaches the correct superior and handle this situation

Best hoagies/subs, better than all competitors...good bread and fresh meats etc.

Always great steak and cheeses! Great management at this location for the amount of business funnels through this little place. Usually the wait is worth it

JM's at Village Blvd in WPB.Ordered giant tuna sub. Shredded lettuce was brown, tomatoes soggy and onions had no smell to them meaning they were out for some time. Wheat bread was very fresh, but tuna fish was like a spread it was so thinly layered on a giant sandwich which cost $14.25! Never again will go to this Jersey Mike's...

First and foremost it’s was absolutely easy to place an order being we have never been to Jersey Mikes. The turkey sandwich was fresh, bread tasty and veggies crisp. My third eye was wise ??
