Terrible just terrible wish there was an option for zero stars. No smiley face on the Smiley pancake.. no cherry eyes.. No extra Turkey Bacon to replace the Pork sausages.. Poor customer service.. I was questioning going back after they removed the crepe florentine but this... This was my niece's reward for great behaviour but this looks like punishment. Definitely not worth the time and money.
okay so not to be a karen but bringing your dog is one thing but, letting them eat off the plate that customers eat from is completely different and disgusting and very much unsanitary… like i lost my appetite.. dont even waste your time here
Good afternoon everyone my family and I had the best experience at this restaurant today. We had the most best waitress Ms. Rosey she was polite, patient, friendly and a great sense of humor the food was hot and she have good customer service. I recommend her a raise ????
Hello My experience at IHop was great. My family and I really enjoyed Ms. Rosie she was very polite ,pleasant,and nice she has great customer service skills. We wish to see her again next time
Absolutely horrible service! No one would answer the phone, there was barely anyone there but it took them over an hour to fulfill the order, which were 2 simple meals. Absolutely do not recommend.
There’s one lady that’s actually smiled and been kind at all to us. Ok this is an update on my review. The manager and a very kind young lady with a ponytail made it all worth it. But the older lady with the bowl cut needs to find something more suited to her like literally anything not involving customer service.
It was pretty relaxing, courteous staff, place is clean & tidy.My boys & I had our meals which we all njoyed.
People sat in line before us for 1hr 20 mins . Didn't even get seated. Thankfully they told us this . The lady that was supposed to be the hostess was slower than a sloth . And didn't seem to care about customers waiting . Also two ppl standing in line I front of us looking to get cashed out .they were standing there for 20mins. They also told us the service was horrible and they waited a hour to get Thier food . Mind you there were only 4 tables sat . Total of 15ppl sitting down . Total of 24 ppl sitting in line waiting to be sat m I do not recommend.
Low key worst food I've ever had from ihop and i used to order grub hub ihop at WVU delivered to my door.Food was cold, undercooked scrambled eggs, waitstaff was discussing customers loudly and the French toast was dry.Pretty uncomfortable atmosphere overall, recommend trying a different location instead.
The service here is TERRIBLE! Chooses when they feel like taking to go orders. Will leave you standing around for 30 minutes or more without even speaking to you. Servers and the manager all have terrible attitudes. Never dining at this location, or any IHOP for that matter, again!!
