The scrambled eggs were cold & wet. The hash browns were dry and tasted like freezer burn. The coffee was the worst coffee I've ever tasted.Anna our waitress was great! This experience was a complete waste of money and time. IHop do better. Stop serving those fake hash browns and serve people real potatoes. You're known for your name definitely not the quality of your food.

Service is very, very bad. Servers arguing about tables. No straws, no milk, low creamers for coffee. Very disappointed. This is a problem then starts from management and ownership and manifested in the staff. I think IHOP corporate needs to better evaluate their chain stores. Perhaps the city needs to be involved as this is also reflected of the city and county. Food came "cold." I can safely say that I will pass on to the entire group to go eat somewhere else. I expect a response immediately for why this store is so poorly managed. Remember that you can purchase milk anywhere. Waiting for the truck, as we were told, for basic items kike straws, milk, creamer, etc is unacceptable.

Denny was actually better. I had a few issues I waited at the seat for almost 15 min so they could attend to me. they messed up my order several times. I do understand that the waiter was new and I can deal with this. What I did not like was that no one tried helping the young one and guiding him when they knew he was new and he asked for help. It was not till the end when he messed up the receipt and over charged me when someone came to help.. Another issue was that the cook messed up my order and this was his fault because the waiter wrote down my order and gave it to the cook. Also the food was not too good and it did not arrive at the same time. a plate here and a plate there 10 mins later the pancake . The fruit was lacking and no syrup.Last the future and style is so old I felt like I went back in time to a 60 dinner that did not take care of the future or looks of the place. I honestly recommend Denny's over this place.

We have been to many IHOP restaurants in the past. This one didn't impress at all. I think they were understaffed as food service took about 30 minutes. The table behind us got served minutes after we got our food and they were there before us.When it comes to the food, it was lackluster. They advertised new protein pancakes that are supposed to be made out of oat flour and other non wheat ingredients. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes. It's advertised as "loaded with blueberries" and topped with more. There were only 4 blueberries just on top. The lemon ricotta didn't taste like lemon. The pancakes themselves tasted like regular pancakes. Also ordered the Big Steak Omelette. I don't know.... the meat tasted weird. My son ordered the Strawberry Banana French Toast. He liked it since it was sweet. Overall I will not be going back to that location.

Slowest service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We asked for a chocolate milk… not sure what they brought, but it tasted like warm melted ice cream - not chocolate. The crispy potatoes tasted like they had been soaked in oil. There was barely any fruit on my strawberry & banana French toast.

We got there around 1:50 pm on Sunday April 23 and was empty, only 4 tables with customers. It took 20 minutes for someone to ask us. We were a party of 9 and even that restaurant was empty they asked us if we minded to be seated separately. To be honest it felt like we were not welcomed so after 25 minutes we left.

Good service but terrible meal. They had no bacon, pancakes very dry, turkey melt had 1 slice of meat & cheese, fries looked & tasted old. No onion rings & bacon turkey tasted like the grill was not cleaned in a while. And silverware not cleaned properly, nasty. Only stopped here cause we had to drop family to airport. We've never had issues at other IHOP. Would not recommend this one!

My wife and I wanted to get some breakfast very early on a Sat morning and we decided to go to IHOP on belvedere rd. When we arrived and walked in and there were 4 people waiting to be seated as well as 2 parties already seated with no service due to a shift change were the relief employees were nowhere to be found. When the relief employee finally arrived at 5:15 in the am she made an announcement that quote" I'm not on till 6 and I haven't had my coffee yet and can't function without my coffee " at that point everybody there went to Dennys and the reason I know that is because we all drove there and walked in together. We will never go to IHOP ever, any where due to this event, dennys is much more customer friendly.

This review is for the service only, as the food was as expected. We stopped in on a Sunday & Della greeted us with a smile & a warning that she was working alone. We had time so no problem. She kindly handled all the customers, greeting, taking orders and serving. She checked on everyone. She could have been all stressed out, but she didn't show it. Well done Della & thank you!

The guy who took my order is always nice, this was my second time visiting this location however the 2+2+2+2! My sausages was burnt on one side & under cooked on the other side & the pancakes fell apart, bacon and egg was ok. Overall I know it would have been better if they were fully staffed! They are over work & should be acknowledge for their hard work & keeping up with the flow of customers.
