Good service, but just OK food. Ordered the $25 hamburger. Supposed to be grass-fed beef, but why put foie gras in it? Grass-fed = healthy, low fat; foie gras = fatty, not healthy. If they wanted to make the burger more interesting, try truffles. Well, I had a taste for a burger so I ordered it. Couldn't eat all of it is as it did taste fatty. Lots of better restaurant choices in Palm Beach Gardens. Also, rather pricey for bistro food. It was very busy and noisy, so folks are ok with the prices and seems to tolerate the noise.
Pork chop was well prepared but pricey at $65. Salmon and chicken were average. Salad was large enough to share and ala carte. Service was good. Tables are too close.
We have passed this place so many times and never had the time to stop. We will find the time now! Absolutely delicious and great portions.

Amazing! Had the curried goat and jerk chicken with oaktail sauce. The best food I had the entire week long stay in West Palm Beach. Very highly recommended, can't wait to come back.
I found this place by accident and let me tell u the food is delicious and u get plenty for ur money. I wish they had a restaurant. It's a food trailer but don't let that turn u away u will be missing out if u do. So stop by and try. Need to take a nap now.
The server is so polite , welcoming and customer friendly. The food is well seasoned and you get a really good portion for your money’s worth. The spot is also ideal as it’s right next to the airport and so many restaurants. Keep up the good work , for a fellow Caribbean person! Love the movement.
I’ve been coming here since April 2021 and I’ve been hooked ever since. I live in Palm Beach but I used to drive all the way to Ft. Lauderdale for good jerk chicken. That is until a friend of mine recommended this place. Honestly at first I didn’t believe it. I mean it is just a little food truck, it can’t be that impressive right ? WRONG! This food is tremendously amazing, the jerk chicken, jerk pork, the oxtail. Don’t even get me started on the fried fish I loved it soo much. After my first visit I was hooked. I came back almost every weekend. It’s just that good. Try it out for yourself. The staff is amazing and friendly ! Great flavor.
Will never eat here again!! Fish looks & taste nasty. Not fresh or appetizing! Looks old and everyone knows fish baked correctly has moisture and flavor!! It had none of thar! I took a bite of fish & cabbage and it made me do U turn in middle of Belvedere Rd even though my lunch was over! It was so nasty it ruined my appetite and made me gag!!!! Everything about the meal was horrible! I took it back. Now it's wasted my time but I just want to brush my teeth. Tasteless and old fish on Fri!! I returned meal but cashier lies to my face when she says I've refunded $19.26. I had to start a claim w my bank to even get my money back! Hautes needs to go back to school cause that's not authentic carribean spice. It's back to Dutch Pot for me! This place has no integrity. Rather than refund my money, you lost a customer forever!! Now I don't trust you and your food needs some serious attention to details or culinary skills.
