The pricing was okay. Some things were insane high others were average. The portions were good sized. The food was okay. Not really something I'd intentionally want to go to again. But don't HATE it. BEWARE if you get the fries they put some kind of powder on them that is HORRIBLE as most people breathe in as they take a bite and the powder sends you coughing for minutes to come when you inhale it!!!
I didn't order this and have never ordered chickenwings from @hookpbc, if my fractured anklewasn't so swollen I would be driving to return it.YOU KNOW WHAT THE "MANAGER" ROBBIESAID? OHH ITS OK YOU CAN RETURN IT IN A FEWDAYS AND WE WILL RETURN THE S$.I said so u want me to let this food sit in my housea few days and then return it to get my $$.Y'all I thought I was being pranked.. he thenproceeded to tell me times are tough and that ourpolicy.YEAH REALLY? What about the loyal client you'vehad for god knows how long that has neverordered chicken wings in her ENTIRE orderhistory that you saw? What about times beingtough for your customer that spent her hardearned $$ on food that wasn't what she ordered…Funny part is ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOW IDONT EAT FULL CHICKEN WINGS LIKE THISWHICH IS WHY IN THE MILLION ORSRRS IVEMADE IVE NEVER EVER HAD THEM!!!
was our first time to the restaurant and I must say it was the best catfish dinner I've had for a long time ☺️ kudos to the chief and the staff was out of this world ?? definitely coming back

I’m normally skeptical about trying new places and I’ve been driving past here for the past year. Finally decided to go inside and I do not regret it. The food is delicious! My new spot. I will be back very soon!
The staff lies about not doing curbside even when it’s on their website and on the side of their building, then lies again and blames it on being “short staffed”. I’ve given this location plenty of chances, the customer service has went downhill, it’s really not worth it. Lol the reply though… If you are short staffed then lead with it DON’T LIE AND SAY ITS SOMETHING YOU DON’T DO THEN BACK TRACK AND SAY YOU'RE UNDER STAFFED. Y’all have done that numerous times not only to me but to family and friends that I have told to come to this specific location. So miss me with the “dilemma employers have to deal with”.
I placed an online order used Apple Pay to pay I usually go to the sansbury location but it became a big hassle for me to even get my order was very upset when I have to log into my banking app on my phone just to show that I paid after I have given the cashier my ID, card and online receipt should not have to go that far. Honestly I love hooks but as a customer I should not have to feel this way.
Best experience ever. Came in town from Georgia. Best service, food was top notch good. Food was hot and fresh. Slushy was really well. Got a chance to take a pic with one of the owners. If you ever want some great tasting food that’s hot and fresh then you absolutely must stop at this place to eat.
Hook Fish and Chicken is a fabulous place to dine.My wife and I love all of the food and even our little Sheltie Annabella loves the chicken.Great service, friendly and delicious food.We can’t wait to go back.Thank You,Greg
We ordered this via delivery and everything was really fantastic. We had the tilapia, which had a great seasoning and was cooked perfect, and chicken tenders which were also amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to order again!
