I worked for the woman who operates this business for only 5.5 hours and witnessed a disgusting mess throughout the facility.She gave me several soups when I was leaving so I will rate those here and now.Bland Bland Bland.The mushrooms in the Mushroom & Barley soup were very chewy. Needed a good amount of salt to give it any flavor.The same goes for the other two, bland, no flavor.The vegetable soup should be renamed "Overcooked Zucchini Soup" as it was the only discernible vegetable in the dish other than the mushy tomatoes.I wouldn't trust this business to cater any event.
I met Franny at the Hobe Sound Farmers Market and my family absolutely loved the lentil soup we brought home. It was amazing on its own, but she had suggested adding whatever to it meat wise if we had leftovers. She was right that it worked wonderfully. You can tell all the food is made with care, dedication to the best ingredients and serious love for her customers. Can’t wait to get more next week.

Gourmet Galaxy created and delivered fresh Black Forest Cake, Mixed Berry Torte and a Carrot Cake that were each stunning in their presentation. The cakes were perfectly moist and flavorful.
Just finished a big bowl of seafood bisque from Gourmet Galaxy. What a treat, filled with flavor and lots of seafood. Thanks for the yummy soup!
