We arrived there and waited about an hour to get food, which was fine because it’s Father’s Day. Once we got seated, our waiter came to us and we ordered our drinks and food immediately. The restaurant was very hot; almost as if the air conditioning was off or not working. We waited almost an hour for 2 waffles and a bowl of fruit. We also ordered 2 orders of the million dollar bacon and only got one ordered. The waffles were cold and the butter wouldn’t melt. The bacon was cold and wasn’t great. The bowl of fruit was good (but you can’t really mess up fruit). Our server didn’t check on us at all; only to bring drinks and the check. We definitely won’t be returning after this experience.
This place is busyyy! Try to make a reservation in advance if you can. We walked in & waited about 20-25 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t bad. It was the wait for our food that took much longer than normal, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If it was solely based on the food it would be a 5. Everything we ordered for brunch tasted great! I definitely want to go back & try more of the menu. The Pomegranate Sunrise drink was delicious as well. Highly recommend.
I only gave it 2 stars, firstly when we arrived our table was dirty and the floor was filthy. My husband finished cleaning it up so I could sit down and simply because we had to wait 45 minutes for these two breakfasts and our waitress Rosa wouldn't stop by the table to see if we needed anything. The potatoes was salty and the waffle was soggy.My husband realized that all the tables were brought the pitcher of water except for us and the other waiters were very attentive to their customers. I can understand that the place was full, but the quality of service has to be given even if 3 people a day go. That was debut and farewell.
Went to this place on Easter Sunday with my family and friends. Thought it be great to celebrate together. We patiently waited 45 min for a table, which was fine give it's a Sunday & a holiday. After ordering our food, it took over 40 min to arrive, however my food did not. I still had to wait along with another member of our party for over 20 minutes and constantly being told it's "on it's way". The food didn't arrive until everyone else had finished their meals already, so needless to say we were both starving and angry that our breakfast together was totally ruined! It made the whole experience of having breakfast on Easter Sunday miserable, and the staff was totally indifferent towards the whole thing, until I demanded to speak with the manager. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else to enjoy breakfast together. It felt like the manager didn't care about our situation, and he reluctantly removed the price of the two dishes which were late. I asked for more, however the manager arrogantly disagreed and was happy to walk away without care to make sure I was happy. Not a nice place to have breakfast with your family if you expect to eat together. I would strongly recommend a more considerate place to eat.
When I tell you this place is the SPOT! In the middle of a strip mall, in the middle of an outlet mall…. I mean come on! Every single staff member from the host team to our wonderful, fun, and prompt server Stacy??? Warm, friendly, and sweet as ever! Also came through with the best suggestions and juuuuust the encouragement we needed to get another drink and stay awhile! We were nothing but pleased and I can’t wait to come back!
Food quality was outstanding. Got to meet the manager who is a real sweetheart, and very hands-on - working and supervising in the kitchen. Will definitely stop here again. There was one server (not ours) who was running around wearing shorts that were entirely too short - just saying.
Had a nice veggie omelette. Really good . My husband had banana/ blueberry pancake. One is more than enough to fill you up. { BIG}
I am so happy my boyfriend introduced me to this place! The food is amazing, the service was astounding! My server Stacey was so quick and kind from the moment we sat down! My experience here was hands down one of the best! And my boyfriend agrees! He’s a regular ?
The food was good but honestly the service was terrible. The server kept disappearing and it took twice as long as it should have just because we were waiting on a refill, the check, etc. She charged us too much and had to correct it. It was also freezing inside.
I've been to this location a couple of times. Both times I've had nice service and really great food! I'll definitely be back again soon.
