Service was not good. When we first walked the hostess did not greet us with a smile at all. Then after telling our server that it was my friends birthday they did not do anything. The server also took our bruschetta when I was not even done eating it. The food was absolutely amazing though.

It was wonderful dining experience on our last night of vacation with the family. Charming atmosphere accompanied by fabulous service and food.
A little expensive for the quality of the food. Not sure why the server needed to tell us she did us a huge favor by splitting the checks for us. That left us feeling like we werenât worth the trouble. We spent over $400 collectively, we were a party of five. Beautiful restaurant, a lot of attention to detail in the decor. Just not much attention to detail on the service and food.
Always been my favorite go to place but it was a huge disappointment! We were left waiting for ages while others were served. Our server had no interest and took forever for our requests. By the time we go our food, the pizza was cold and not cooked enough. The bread came late and was undercooked. My family were visiting and very unimpressed. The servers were all milling around and nobody was conscious of our eye contact for requests. Itâs unfortunate, after driving 45 minutes.
Elisabettaâs is always a place we go for the authentic Italian food.
Food was delicious and service was great! Came in for lunch and had an awesome experience.

We had a very pleasant experience at the restaurant and enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. All was well until the waiter defaulted a 25% tip on to the bill. The food took a long time to come out and was brought asparagus instead of potatoes. This did not bother me until the waiter added the outrageous tip. When my husband changed it to 20%, the waiter got snippy. It did not spoil the evening but left a bad taste in my mouth. I will try inking and hard before returning. Beware and check your bill carefully!
