Not sure where these employees come from but act like animals. Maybe the place would not have lost so much business if you seek pleasant employees. They act like we should be grateful they let us have coffee. Kaleb gets my business from now on. Sorry Einstein - can’t treat people like that. I’ll convince as many people as I can to not ruin their day by avoiding Einstein on okeechobee
The staff was very helpful. They cut the bagels for me. The bagels were lighter and less carbs then NY. Loved that!
The food is trash, stop by bc im traveling was hungry & the one by my house is 100000xs better, food is always made w love this location on the other hand is rude & again food is trash doesn’t feel like a bagel brothers.
Used to love going here! Management and staff knew my order when I walked in and were always quick and on point when making orders for guests. Now, I think the staff has completely changed, as well as the speed of service. I can’t go here in the mornings anymore because it’s taken upwards of 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. It’s so sad because I love Einstein’s but I can’t enjoy it anymore :(
I used to love the store! Every Monday I would buy bagels for my office, it was in a perfect location and the people were great. Unfortunately, management has changed and so has a staff, they are rude, unprofessional and have no customer service. Because of the changes I have started going to another bagel company who knows what customer service really is.
Amazing breakfast sandwiches. I just ate the “all nighter” and I had to come to google and let the world know …it’s amazing. Staff is very nice also.
Terrible Terrible Terrible location I usually go to the einstein bros by my house but I was in the area so I decided to go to this location for my family breakfast. There were egg shell in both our bagel sandwiches I called to speak with the manager about it and they placed me on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold for an additional 30mins. At that point I hung up its clear they were doing this on purpose! Terrible customer service and the food is terrible how do you get shells in the sandwiches plus the bagels were low quality and made very poorly. After reviewing their reviews its not surprising this location is terrible and will be going to the location closer to my hosue. Its just sad they would treat their customers this way.
Until today I would stop here all the time. Last week I ordered ahead and they couldn't make my drink so the manager said I can have a free sandwich at my next visit. She kept my receipt so that she had my name. Today I stopped for my free sandwich and the manager said she doesn't have a note so she will not honor my free sandwich. You just lost a regular.
I order a few of the the brunch boxes once a week for my office. Everyone loves it and unlike a lot of other places I've ordered from in the past, it's always ready on time, the order is always correct, and the employees are always friendly.
Above expectations! The staff here were great. I went this morning and placed a big order for my coworkers. I got to work and they forgot my muffins. I called and they had an employee deliver the muffins 20mins away to my job. They came all the way over just for my muffins and they even gave me extra! Great service ill be back!!
