This location is one of the best locations. When there is a line there is room to line up at the drive through without blocking traffic or parking. The drive through is efficient and accurate. The food/coffee is excellent and the staff is friendly.
This past visit will be the last time I ever spend money at this Dunkin’. Burnt cheese (again) and gray/moldy looking eggs on both of my four year olds egg and cheese wraps. ??. This Dunkin’ franchisee and the employees do not take accountability for what is handed to their customers. This is not the first time we’ve been handed food that is inedible - complained and NEVER heard back from the manager or the owner. It’s the worst in our area - inedible food and horrible customer service - they don’t care because people keep going.
Coffee was exactly as I had requested! Hot & delicious. Helpful Staff. Both staff members, there were only two in the store, stopped, even though they were busy with drive thru orders, (I was a walk in) to help & explain to me how to interpret my receipt, as they recognized I was confused. A thankful senior, I was!I will stop by again when I am back in that area.
Went in to get a good cup of hot coffee.It was hot but tasted old, like it sat in the pot a little too long. With enough sugar it was passable but not the DD standard.
This place is inconsistent with your order. I order the same coffee when I go there. It depends on who's making your order, will determine the outcome. They just hand it to you through the drive -thru, be it right or wrong. Because of that, I try to make my own coffee 3x's out of the week. Shame, you can't get what you pay for these days or someone honest to say, we "F" up your order, let me redo it.
I must say the place is clean and workers are friendly but orders usually are messed up, the manager seems to always have an attitude and if they make a mistake she gets mad at you. Everytime I go there I pray she isn't there but it's the closest one to my job. The manager needs a whole training on dealing with customers of all background.
Great service excellent food and their coffee is really good too I mean it's not like that Starbucks stuff to taste burnt all the time do Dunkin is the only way to go
At 9:20am they have the doors locked, they gave me the wrong food, and I have to wait in the drive thru line because no one will open the door to fix their mistake…they just ignored me. Bad customer service, probably no one is supervising how they are running the business
This place should be closed down! I ordered two orders of hash browns and both were burnt. I asked that they give me two other orders and they brought me more charcoal colored hash browns.
I go to the same Dunkin donuts store every Friday with my son and the staff is so nice there and the store is clean as well
