Worst dunkin I have ever been to ! I got my order through the drive thru & everything was correct except for my drink . I asked if they could remake it instead they tried to give me extra ice at the window ! They argued with me for about 10 minutes instead of just remaking the drink . They asked if I could come inside and wait & I explained to them that I was running late and that I just needed them to remake the drink real fast . After arguing with me about not remaking the drink and coming inside , I asked them just for a new drink ( The vanilla bean ) since they couldn’t remake my drink . They explained that I needed to come inside and get the drink because the line was to long . I finally decided to go inside of the store after running late to get the NEW DRINK they gave me a drink THAT I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR ! Literally the worse experience!
I used to stop here on my way home from work every day they had a great staff and were fast and friendly, I don’t know what happened there, but the staff is slow and rude and sometimes they close the store and it’s only 5-5:30pm…I don’t even like giving them 1 star! Not going there again unless they revamp their entire staff.
I went to this Dunkin' this morning. The cashier seemed overwhelmed. But she wasn't rude to me. Her and the staff got my order right, and were very polite. Just a heads up, they are EXTREMELY busy in the mornings, due to their location. If you're in a rush go to a less busy location.
Can't tell the difference between blueberry and chocolate chip, or an everything bagel vs a croissant after multiple visits. Never a hello or acknowledgment that your there or interacting.
Just tried to go through drive thru and the worker greets us with "what you want." We only told her one of our items that we wanted and the worker said ok pull up without completing our order. She then says ok "what you want then" and we listed the rest of our items. She then did not respond so we pull up to the window and after sometime nobody came to the window so we left. What horrible service at this dunkin donuts location!!!
I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning and get the same thing and the girls there are normally so nice and the customer service is always good. However lately there has been a new young lady at the window. She would not give me her name but I will describe her to the store owner as soon as someone returns my call. Every morning this young lady is at the window I have a hard time. Whenever I see it’s her at the window I know my transaction is NOT going to be smooth, she literally messes up my morning when I see it’s her because i know it’s going to be a problem. rather she gives me a attitude for no apparent reason, she slams the window in my face while I’m talking she throws my receipt in the garbage she snatched my card, and for some reason my order is always wrong when she is at the window. On this morning 4/25/22 I had the worst customer service experience ever! My children go to school near here so every morning min-fri I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts. However this Dunkin’ Donuts have lost a faithful customer. I will never go to this Dunkin until this employee is gone. And I will be calling the district manager or store owner. By the way the picture I included is just how she gave me my coffee. The cup looked like it spilled over l, I asked for a napkin to wipe the excess coffee off the cup and she closed the door in my face.and looked at me through the window, also that’s not what I ordered.

The girl working there had a terrible attitude, wouldn't even tell me the price of an item I was asking about. Told me to find it on the board myself.Also, they have "out of order" signs on the bathrooms, although there is nothing wrong with them. They keep the light off on purpose, while everything works perfectly inside. They just don't want people to use it and avoid cleaning.Terrible location
I waited in the drive thru line for 20min. Got to the speaker. Nobody answered me. I was sitting next to it for over 5min and nothing so I figured it was broken and I could order at the window. I was wrong! I got to the window where the woman told me she couldn’t take my order and I had to go through the line all over again. When I asked why her responds was they were just busy and she isn’t allowed to take orders at her window. I just left since I didn’t have another 20 plus minutes to wait for a coffee. Horrible customer service!
I absolutely hate when you go somewhere and the cashier is rude and doesn't even acknowledge you. I've worked customer service my whole life so I know the deal. The cashier at the window with "Bino" tattooed on her neck didn't say anything to me, I said thank you when I received my coffee and said thank you when I received my change and she wouldn't even look at me... no "you're welcome " or anything
