Don't usually leave reviews or even go to Dunkin, but went with the sister via the drive through and the donuts were stale and kind of hard. Boston Cream barely had any cream inside and her hash browns are always burnt at this location. Maybe it's low staffing and overworked workers or people not following procedures properly, idk but it sucks. It was midday so not sure if it's better in the mornings, either way it shouldn't matter.
Terrible customer service, word of advice.Check your order before you leave.
I had to change my drink twice because their machine didn't work to make frozen coffee then I changed it to iced cappuccino. The lady comes up to me to tell me they can't make that either. So I ended up with a iced latte
Came in at 5:00am as door says it opens, 2 ladies inside on their phone after 5:00am I’m standing in front of door waiting for them to open both look at me and did not acknowledge, never open door. I went around on drive they and tells me that is logical that they are not open cause lights are off because third employee not there yet lol my fault? How is customers suppose to know of you need three employees to operate the dining room. Short Dominican lady needs to have more customer service or she needs to go work somewhere else where they allow that attitude she is a great example of brother hood of the miserable, district manager figure your team out or you’ll be replaced soon too, end of the day corporate America
It's 4 pm and only drive through open. I left to a different location. It's disgusting to lock the doors midday
DON"T go to this Dunkin in the Morning. Go to Military Ave Instead! The Service here is TERRIBLE!!!! The Lady in the drive thru in the Morning, tries to hurry you up and gives you the wrong food or coffee!! And she doesn't care at all!!! Went here many times and she is NOT friendly! Go to Military Ave and they are way more friendlier.
This is the third time I have come to this location and my order was not right or complete because the person at the window could not understand. Then when i go back and say this is not what i wanted they argue me down about what I wanted or ordered. They need new management at this location seriously.
I understand the lobby being closed for covid to speed things up or whatever their excuse is. The management is horrible and they don't know how to speak. Whoever the new window person is just holds out their hand for payment. Better fix this location because it is a big money maker next to the airport. Only star added for food being warm and for the woman who is always there working. Guess she has to pick up the slack of all the newbies.
AWFUL customer service & temperament. I wanted to customize my drink with a simple request & the manager & another employee not only refused, but became argumentative with me for my request. When I confronted their attitude, they proceeded to ask me if I "wanted the drink or not".Not only do they lack work ethic & basic customer service skills but will also tell you they are out of products if they simply don't feel like making it.
I've been to this Dunkin Donuts for the past two weeks and ordered a medium coconut light and sweet coffee every morning and every single morning they cannot get it right I don't know if they're Under New Management or the actual employees just don't care about what they're sending out the window. Sometimes I just wish people would put a little bit more heart an effort into what they do to earn their money
