Some food had been there awhile. Cold and hard. Ice cream machine needs a good cleaning didn't use and not sure it worked. Bathrooms dirty. Not real friendly staff. Disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Got in my car ready to leave and decided to look at my bagel, no cream cheese. No biggie, walk inside and let the lady know and she’s arguing with me swearing she did. She then asks to see the bagel. Lady, why the hell would I lie about cream cheese? Had to go to the car \\u0026 get my bagel \\u0026 show her the absence of cream cheese \\u0026 clear my name as the cream cheese bandit. Would not recommend.
Employee talking on the phone while talking the order and don't even say thank you for getting business, poor service never again here.
Manager is very unreasonable; I am a repeated customer. I literally go to Dunkin every day and get the same thing. I will never go to that location again after today.
