The staff are OK however I have had my truck detailed twice twice because of these crappie lids. And paper cups. To the tune of $450. Here is one photo out of many occurrences
The worst Dunkin I have ever been to it’s not the first time they are rude as can be to me and to other costumers I love Dunkin’ Donuts but honestly this location needs help!!!!!
AWFUL! This used to be a decent Dunkin' but not any more. Went there at 11:30 on a Sunday morning only to be greeted by a locked door. A filthy looking girl unlocked the door to inform me that the inside was closed. Drive-thru orders only (with a HUGE line). What? On a Sunday morning? Not like it's 3pm on a random Tuesday. If you can't handle being open on a Sunday morning, may be it's time to sell the business.
I will never go to this location again! I bought a ton of donuts for a kindergarten class and asked for a stack of napkins to put a donut on their Dunkin napkin for our celebration. The manager would not give me any and kept calling me honey . No more business from us .
By far the worst dunkin location ever how is it that when I ask for extra almond milk my coffee still comes out almost black and this isn’t the 1st time or the 2nd time it’s not even the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Every time I go there it’s like they don’t put no milk in the coffee. And the cream cheese in my bagel is only on one side and the rest of its in the hole. Seriously do better or hire people that will cause I can’t imagine working at dunkin is that hard.
Okay bit they keep giv9ng me regular when I order decaf. Also lids suck. I spilled coffee all over my truck twice now
Definitely do not recommend this location.Went inside today and was told drive thru only as we were waiting in line with two people ahead of us. Meanwhile there were at least 6-8 people in the dining room eating. We told them we had an ATV in the bed of the truck so we were not able to use the drive thru and the very nice employee (insert sarcasm here) made a gesture like it wasn't her problem. This location is close to equestrian communities and farmland so there are plenty of customers that aren't able to use the drive thru so that was very unnecessary her attitude and her comment.
I go to this exact place 3-4 times a week maybe 50% of the time they get my order wrong and charge the wrong amount than a person has to come and refund my card. The other 50% I wait in the drive through about 8-10 min to get my food which is quite horrible. And when i have trouble getting my order on time or correct they won’t even offer anything for there mistakes.
Quality of coffee is usually differnt at this location. Tastes water down and not freshly brewed.
The slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too.Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes, when I got to the window, they didn’t even have my order ready, which was an ice coffee.Also charged about 9 cents more then the Dunkin at Lake Worth and the Turnpike.
