I went through the drive thru. 1st they took forever to acknowledge I was there. Then as I'm giving my order I hear someone in the back say can she wait. I had to repeat my order. The tone when I asked for a bagel was rude. At the window was more pleasant but when I looked at my bagel the just clumped the cream cheese on the bagel and burnt it. I would never go back. Customer service goes a long way.
Staff is disgustingly rude. Asked for a medium, the lady swore on their life we asked for large. When we said no it was a medium she was like YOU SAID LARGE, like fighting us on the order, then after they continued Mocking my mother and I at the drive through thinking we could not hear, or it was done purposely who knows. It was the girl with the obnoxiously huge eyelashes and pink hair. Screamed at us as we pulled away from the drive thru. "BYEEEREEEE" At 3:30pm May 27th What is the world coming to? Seems a little much over just a coffee but I just ordered a coffee and thats how I get treated?
I Love Dunkin! I go to the one off Royal Palm Beach Blvs and also the one by Target. Always a great experience when I get my Coffee. Sue the Owner is Fabulous! We always talk about good ol' Rhode Island and New England area.
Found quite a few hairs on the half dozen donuts I picked up from here. Remembered that no employee wearing hairnets/hats and a few people had hair down. Expectations are already pretty low compared to other places. Still disappointing.
Guy at the window puts my change in the tip jar every time without asking, just throws the money in and smirks at you. Asked for unsweet tea and I get sweet tea. Definitely this one has gone down hill !
Gee, I had to stop and write a review real fast. I’ve never seen Dunkin employees who work so hard, are so polite, and so efficient. Highly impressed by these folks today! Brightened up my morning.
Staff, including the owner was not wearing masks when I went through the drive thru recently!! Unbelievable and plain irresponsible during this serious pandemic!! I was a regular customer pre-pandemic and this was my first visit since, but I will not visit m/support again. They clearly do not care about the health of their customers!
There is nothing more disresptful than standing at a counter for a long time and none of the employees even acknowledging you being there. They are too busy singing, badly. When someone finally came to the counter, we asked for a donut that didn't have a name on the tag, and the worker was rude saying "they have a name" when we couldn't tell him the name other than saying the ones in the top left corner.
This is a great Dunkin Donuts ?. Quick, accurate, spot on. The drive thru may look long, but it moves quickly
This place is always ,busy. We place our order by the app and its almost always correct.
