Very disappointed in this location lately, seems to be under new management which is awful. Premises are always filthy, donut bins sit empty while donuts are left on rolling racks where customers cannot see the selection. The last two times I ordered was off the Dunkin App only to arrive and my order was not ready. Most recent visit I was the only customer inside the store and was never greeted upon entering or asked “ May I help you” but instead after waiting a couple minutes was asked “you (and my first name)?” Was then handed an order of 4 iced coffees all the same when my order was 4 iced coffees but 3 different varieties, seems they didn’t even read the complete order just assumed all 4 were the first one listed. This management is giving Dunkin Donuts a bad name and it’s a shame when management has no clue about customer service and takes no pride in the conditions of their store.
Awful place. Has deteriorated badly in the last year, since Steve left. I always order med hot , cream, no sugar. Large iced ,oat milk and shot of sugar free hazelnut, I get ripped off, price changes EVERY SINGLE TIME.RANGE FROM 5.40 to 7.80 I question it and am told prices gone up…Chronic turn over of staff, EVERY WEEK….I was even refused service one day at 4.40 pm. Really a pity because it has to be a very busy place. Needs to be refurbished and leaned up, too.
This is absolutely the WORST run Dunkin Donuts. I use to work for a Dunkin so I understand there will be some bad days. But literally EVERY single time I come here, it’s a problem. I have been served frozen bagel minis, it’s taken 35 minutes to receive my food (they will completely neglect each and every customer that walks in to help drive through), even when there is no other customers around, the food service is very very slow and will still skip you if a drive through food order comes in. They should start timing walk in customers instead of just drive through. A new manager needs to take over or the current manager needs to get involved.

Never a manager around. I always go mid afternoon for my coffee and the lines are backed up in drive through AND inside. I have places to be and i have no choice but to stop at this dirty place. The worst ive ever been to by far. Only two employees inside who are clearly minors that are stressed out. I ask to see a manager after waiting for 40 minutes and they said there was not one present, and id have to return tomorrow morning to speak to one. Completely irresponsible for a manager and the owner to let this occur. Never going here again, save your money and time- go somewhere else.
The worst Dunkin ever. Do not go there unless you want to wait an hour & deal with rude employees.

Do some of the employees mess up? Of course they do! They are human as well. They are always busy. They seemed to have a new staff all together, I was greeted with a smile this time, and they are very kind. They use gloves for the donuts and they made my drink quickly. Thank u
It’s only 6pm I pulled up to the drive thru window and was told they were closed even though the hours say open till 8pm. There was a few ppl inside the building looking like it was a hangout spot so why didn’t they wait on me? Too busy hanging out with friends to wait on customers? This is not the first time things like this has happened. I feel like customers should come first especially when I visit daily.
