The reason there are no employees here to adequately serve customers has got to be because of the rude loud mouthed manager. Hollering at her 2 employees threatening to quit midshift, yelling very loudly that this is not IHOP with full intention of customers hearing this. The poor girl in drive thru, the sad look on her face. if this was me I would've walked off the job. This manager needs to be fired. Horrible display of customer service. 11am Sunday may 1.
I just received phenomenal customer service, actually the best service I've ever received from a Dunkin Employee.Jamila did an outstanding job comprehending my difficult order and exicuted exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She's an amazing employee! I hope she gets recognized for her dedication to being hard working, kind and providing excellent customer service.
Not ever open on time there is 3 Dunkin’s and every freaking one of them doesn’t open ever on time about to switch to starbucks
Be prepared for quite a wait if you come here. The door is locked with a sign outside saying they don't have enough people to serve the counter. You're stuck with a drive-thru.
Always makes my coffee right here.Update: they have been struggling to get workers to come in, so expect a longer wait in the drive thru. They often have to have their lobby closed because of this
Waited for 20 min while employee took personal call in front of the store on Bluetooth saying “She was just never meant for customer service” when I came up to the front she asked me if everything was ok.. asked if my drink was ready & she began rushing around saying she completely forgot.. only 4 customers in that time span
The girls at this DD are rocking it, so nice & friendly- they do anything right from your order.
Bad, really bad if you can’t remember small hot cream one sugar and med hot extra extra you shouldn’t be working DD after ordering it 3x the “manager” asked for the order again huh?? Then the manager yells at me cuz his employee doesn’t know how to work a coffee order bad, just bad, go elsewhere
The food is good, but my Signature Caramel Craze Latte was cold. Also be prepared to wait in the drive thru line. This store is experiencing a staff shortage.
I cannot express to you what a couple of miles will do. Horrible experience at the last Dunkin I went to and I drove 2 miles to put my order in for my company breakfast. The gentleman there his name was Donald and let me tell you he was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to use this location moving forward.
