This store does not have good customer serviceIn the past it was one of the best, but as of recently it has changed the customer service experience is no longer visible, The CEO need to address what’s going on there and FIX it.
People here prepare your foood without wearing a mask They take a long time ti prepararé orders , long enough to let you see the Handel InV your food without masks or gloves .Disgusting
We made a mess, dropped a coffee. They handle it quick and polite. We are sorry for the mess.
Visited on a Saturday morning and everyone had a smile on their face. Staff were kind and friendly. Food was great too. I will definitely be back!
They closed at 9:00pm and it was 7:00 pm and even they have bagel they do not make more sandwiches because they turn off the oven 2 hours before to closed. And 7:15 they take out all bagel and donuts and only sales drinks. Ridiculous!!
Went in today for a dozen donuts for my kids. No thank you, no nothing from them. Just handed me the box. Sad way of doing business. I would rather go to the smaller chains than the franchised large chains from now on. Bad business!

Please stop letting homeless people into your shop! I had a run-in with one picking up my order this morning. The guy wouldn't release the door while I was trying to open it from the outside. When I finally managed to do so, he shouted at me, rambling on about how people are always in a rush. Yelling at the top of his lungs, his saliva made contact with my inner left ear and now feels infected. I sure hope I didn't contract anything.

This Dunkin is close to my house and I rather drive to the next location by KFC on military Trail this location like to argue with there customer they hate fixing their mistakes and staff are always arguing with each other
