Bri-- bartender is sweet and on top of everything
We came for a late lunch. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and seated by the friendliest hostess. Our server Angelina came right over to our table! Although she was in training, Angelina was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us to customize our orders. I had the spicy Jack Daniels burger with bacon, pepperjack cheese and bacon jelly but we changed the burger for blackened chicken and it was amazing! My husband had the special Greek burger but also had blackened chicken. He loved it! He was also happy to have the rice and beans side back! Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing and the restaurant was spotless. But we weren’t the only ones enjoying ourselves! Everyone around us seemed happy and well cared for.We will definitely be back and ask for Angelina!
We had a great experience a few weeks earlier at a Duffy’s at another location, so decided to try this one. We arrived kind of late but got a table right away. We ordered food for our toddler as soon as we arrived (pasta and broccoli from the kids menu) and after more than 40 minutes we still had not been served. When the food arrived, she was asleep…Our meal was not served after over an hour so we decided to take it to go. The server complained that we asked for our soup to go since it was “already served” in a plate. It took forever to get our second drink. While we were waiting for our meal and drinks for a while, we noticed our waitress was mopping the floor and many employees were cleaning the kitchen and not serving customers. We took the meal to go and were not provided with any cutlery. Overall, bad service, bad experience.
If you want All American food with EXCELLENT customer service skills visit this location and ask to be seated in Brie F's section. Brie F has a very upbeat personality, her attention to detail is Amazing and she has the memory of a dolphin. I ordered the Island Fish Tacos which were very tasty with a sweet tea. Brie is very knowledgeable about Duffy's Menu items, brought us refills on drinks (without us having to ask) and ensured that we had all condiments needed for our dish. She periodically checked in on us to guarantee that we had the best experience tonight (which by the way Thursdays are Trivia Night @ Duffys). If you are ever in the area, stop in and experience 5 star service from Brie F. the absolute BEST SERVER at Duffy's.
I waited about 40 minutes for a steak and sweet potato fries. When the steak arrived 43 min after I ordered, they didn’t bring the SP fries so I said don’t worry about it. I have no idea why it took so long if the place wasn’t busy better yet the steak arrived cold. I talk to the manager NICOLE and she offered me a new steak, are you pulling my leg ? Almost an hour for this ? She also offered me a free desert lol … I had to pay with such a horrible experience…Never again
We were not impressed with our visit to Duffy's . The service was slow and made several mistakes. The food was fine, what you would expect from a sports bar style restaurant. Nothing to rave about here, will not return unless everything else in the area is closed.
I’m new to West Palm beach (visiting until I go back to Wisconsin) and I have been looking for some places to go to have drinks. I stumbled across Duffy’ s and it was great (service and all). Lily was absolutely amazing. She is very good at what she does! All of the other bartenders need to learn from her as I had a not so pleasant experience with the other ones since I’ve been in town.
Perfect to relax, hide out and enjoy whatever you want. Personally like to hide out !!!

Had dinner with my 12 year old a few Fridays ago, the service was great. The food was not perfect, but for the most part was good. I ordered the Cobb with shrimp. The Cobb was good but the shrimp were just boiled shrimp added absolutely nothing to the salad. I think they need to offer just plain oil/vinegar to diners when they order salads. But everything else we ate and drank was very good. The quesadillas, my son's steak was perfect.
