Came to this location with my family tonight because the food is good when I’ve had it during lunch.Once seated for quite awhile I had to ask if anyone was servicing our area. Then it just continued to go downhill from there. My husband asked for a Pepsi and got Dr.Pepper instead. When the food was brought out my daughters food practically slid off her plate when it was being handed to her and though it was mumbled that another plate would be brought out it never came. My husbands burger that was asked to be made well done was still pinkish and my meal per the menu included coleslaw was not included. We had to ask the waiter for drink refills was never asked if everything was ok and even longer story short was highly disappointed. Though it shouldn’t matter I feel like the age of the staff had something to do with it. They all were young. Our waiter even indicated it was his first day. What looked to be their supervisor was just walking around playing macho chomping on gum. Even when told about the initial delay on waiting on a server he glanced our way and yelled out well do they got their menus, never once coming over to apologize and even later when we were leaving and passed him mumbled, with no eye contact, a unenthusiastically have a good night. Don’t know what the deal is but for such a busy street, with such big business potential with this type of service they potentially will continue to lose business, especially at night.
A great place to come and chill on Clematis, downtown.Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, and personable. Honestly can you beat an all day 2 for 1 drink deal. Just to name a few because you deserve the shout outs, Jefferson, Daisy, Geo, Megan. Always a pleasure to come and sit at your bar. Thankyou for Always providing amazing service.
Prime location. Always busy. Super fun.However, I think this 5 star location would benefit from 5 star management. I mean, keep it casually themed, but if the service was refined, the table consumption will increase. Food is great, and the vibe is chill...
I waited at Duffy’s for over 30 minutes. No waiter ever came. I just ended up leaving. I tried calling afterwards to speak to a supervisor but the phone just rang. I’ve never experienced something like that. There was a waiter that kept going to the table next to me but never once said a thing to me.
I went to this particular Duffy’s the weekend while it was Sunfest in West Palm. I sat at the bar with a few friends and was greeted promptly, and the bartender wiped down the area where we were sitting because other people had just got up. The service was amazing despite how busy it was. The food was delicious and hot. The team of people behind the bar were just excellent, Jeff and Geo were attentive and friendly. The entire team just meshed so well together to get things done. They’re welcoming, and you can tell that the staff cares about each other the way they work together. The manager, Jason was so hospitable and came to check on us to make sure everything was great! I would go back to this Duffy’s anytime!!
We moved to West Palm Beach about a year ago and this bar has become our new hometown bar. The bartenders (Geo, Daisy, Katie, and Jefferson) have truly made this place feel special. Manager Bryant is great!The rewards program is amazing. The food is amazing. But the bar staff is out of this world!
They have two for one drinks, we thought that if one person ordered a drink then they can share their second "free" one with another person. Wrong. Everyone has to order their own drink. Wish they had that stated somewhere else b/c it really screwed our group over. The food was average - what you would expect out of a touristy pub, I will say the ranch dressing that came with the onion rings was good! overall, a fun touristy place to go, just be aware of the 2/1 special they can get ya.
I work locally and ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience! If you stop by the bar, see Jefferson or Geo, you will NOT be disappointed. I’ve been to many places on Clematis and I’ve never received the service I get from here anywhere else. I am a customer for life!
Decent food. Ok atmosphere. Fair prices. Mediocre service.
We did takeout. Nobody had complaints about the food. Actually, the food was praised by all. The staff is friendly and very professional. The only issue was timing. We were told 15 minutes. So we timed our drive. It was 45 minutes from when we were told 15. That is not acceptable. 2 dishes were out and waiting for about 10 minutes before the wings and were only lukewarm when we got home. Someone is dropping the ball in the kitchen and communicating realistic times.
