After going to top golf a few times, it highlights how this place lacks in features. About 20% of the times the balls wouldn’t register a swing. There’s no way to skip players or change rotation. The game choices are just ok. The food is cheaper bar food quality. It’s a good way to get out of the house and hit some golf balls but does not measure up to the competitors.
Stefanie was our server for the night she is outstanding!! Very personable and super friendly she did an amazing job making us feel welcome and comfortable!! If I could recommend anybody to be your server it would definitely be Stefanie:)
I will be giving a positive and negative review for this location. My positive experiences trumps the rude experience I received from Eileen. My party of 6 arrived around 11PM and was told by the front desk staff we had to wait closer to midnight to play. This was totally fine with us. We were directed towards the third floor in order to buy drinks at the bar while we wait for our turn to play. Negative experience: 1/5 Stars My Party arrives on the third floor and we go to the bar. We are serviced by Eileen. We order a few drinks and we received a text that lane 320 was open. Myself and two others stayed behind to pay while the others went to lane 320. Eileen gives us our receipt and begins making drinks for other orders. We leave $40 cash at the bar and this covered our drinks and tip. We walk over to lane 320 and begin to play. In 30 mins, Eileen comes to our lane and demands that we pay for our bill. She made the following remarks, "Why didn't you leave the money in my hand'? "Who leaves a bar without paying?" 5/6 people in our group work in the service industry and would not skip out on the bill and to be accused as thieves really got all of us pretty mad. In my bar experiences, people leave money/tips on the bar and it's the bar tender's responsibility to get it. We also found out that she was angry that she had to come into work that day. I understand everyone has their own problems they have to deal with but you need to leave it at the door when you arrive and pick it back up when your shift is over. Positive Experience: 5/5 We were serviced by Megan and she was super nice to all of us. We were given a plentiful amount of attention and her recommendations were spot on for drinks. She saw our incident with Eileen and she offered to let us play golf for free since we had to pay for our drinks at the bar for a second time. We were than approached by a manager, Jasmine. Jasmine apologized for our incident with Eileen and also agreed with Megan's decision to let us play golf for free. Jasmine explained that the cameras are at a corporate level and cant look at the video footage on the same day and it has to be requested. We were told that they will review the video footage and reach out to us on what exactly happened. Overall, my group and I had a wonderful time at Drive Shack and we will go again. I would steer clear from Eileen.
Very disappointed in this location. I wanted to bring a kids and their friends for a safe and fun afternoon activity on New Years Eve. I was unable to reserve a bay online so I called the location direct. They were great about calling me back and answering my questions. The representative stated that they were using eventbrite for NYE evening and night bookings, but I was free to come in before 5pm as a walk-in. The only caveat was that we would be on the 1st floor. Having some young kids with us, I was actually happy to be ground level. I have a nice VM from Allison stating all of this. We show up as a party of 8 at 4:30pm and are turned away. Was told the bays were closed for cleaning and only eventbrite bookings were being accepted for the rest of the night. I asked to speak with a manager (no, not trying to be a Karen), to go over the voicemail I still had on my phone but was told everyone was busy in a meeting. Had to leave with a gaggle of really disappointed kiddos and it being NYE, had little for backup options.
FOURRR!!!!! Blast off. What a great great time. I took a co-worker and my nieces. First time to anything like this. VERY clean place. We were on 3rd level. It’s not just a normal driving range. They have different golf games you can play. The staff was next level fun. They were helpful, tentative, and prompt. What’s great is they supply the clubs so all you need to do is show up. One of us was left handed so they brought lefties for them. We had 2 hours and it went by WAY to fast. Also rain or shine it’s gammeee ON!!! We actually had a severe storm roll in while there. Was super cool.
Had a great experience at Drive Shack last Sunday, i am not a golfer and i had a great time , the food was surprisingly good and the staff was very attentive. Will definitely come back again.
Matt is the freaking best!!! Not only was he attentive but he has a 5 star personality. He is a great addition to drive shack. We will be back and Matt will be our #1 always. If you are visiting or live in West palm this is a must see!! Such a blast!
Terrible experience from the moment we walked in the door with our family of 6. We were told it would be a 30-50 minute. We gave our name and bought sodas at the bar. We noticed so many empty stalls. We went back down to the desk and asked why. They said really where? Then said there were some out of order but did suddenly find us one we could go to right away. Our golf kept not registering. I then tried to pay and was charged for sodas I had already paid for earlier. I had to wait for a manager to take them off. Ridiculous. Also the amount of golf balls on the range was a sea of white. Do not go. I want a refund of my $60

This is a great golf place for all skill levels! They made golf into a video game! The food is great and no matter how well you play golf or poorly you can have fun. We had a client event here with about 75 people that went amazing! I highly recommend it ? ?
