Wish I could give this place —5 ⭐️ Food isn’t that good,Not recommended,Service’s bad,To bad,They tread customers like we go asking to eat for free.Now,If you want to eat some Colombian food,I recommend El BODEGON real and Fresh every day cooked
This place used to have delicious food and I never had a problem with service. This was years ago. Now, I ordered on Doordash... my dasher was waiting at this restaurant for an hour and they were giving her a bad attitude. Ended up canceling my order. Horrible customer service, takes forever, & I can't even tell you if the food is good or not because they lost my business with their bad attitude & slow service !!

I got fried red snapper it was delicious!!! Everyone else’s food was not as fabulous. Steak was severely over cooked. Waiter was young and slow. The atmosphere was quaint and really cute. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it has a good menu. Good prices. Big plates. I would come again
I had never had such a bad experience picking up food from a restaurant. I placed an online order to pick up, which was supposed to be ready at 3:30. I got to the business at 4PM and the order was not ready. Not only that, but the service was awful. No one would talk to me or give me any reasoning behind why the order was not ready, or how they could solve it. I asked the manager if he could give me a refund given I could not wait for the order to be prepared, as I was coming from the vet and had a sick cat in the car. He barely looked at me and said "we don't do refunds", and walked away. Again, no solution for my order. I eventually left because I could not wait any longer.I called an hour later and tried to speak with someone again and instead they just left me waiting on the phone while they attended other customers. All this to say, the food could be good but the service is very bad so lower your expectations if what you are looking for is customer service.
Waited 20 minutes for our beverage after being seated, received wrong salad and was told that’s how we serve it so it was returned. Never asked if we needed anything else. Horrible experience, never will return.
What a delicious Paisa!!! I recommend this dish. If you like salsa music ??, that is the place to go to enjoy good Colombian food and to listen to nice music on the background that lifts your spirit.
This restaurant chain is one of the best if you love Colombian food! Great food and great prices. Love their cheese empanadas!
Decided to try this new place out, we were pleasantly surprised. We had great service, awesome food and a hip atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back for more. All of the food was delicious!
