We enjoyed our time at Darbster! The atmosphere was great, our server was wonderful and the food was top notch! You could tell it was made with care.
Love, love, love this place. We usually go for lunch. Which has always been wonderful. This time we happened to be in the area for dinner time and decided to try their evening menu. It did not disappoint. We had the BBQ sliders as an app (highly recommend), eggplant sliders (amazing), and wellington. Out dessert was tres leches. Service was great and atmosphere chill. They do have a 2 for 1 happy hour. My husband enjoyed a nice chilled IPA & I had an iced spiced Chai tea. Great dinner experience!Added note: we happened to get a seat, but it was suggested to make a reservation as they tend to get busy
Darbster is such a gem in WPB! Creative take on organic, vegan cuisine.I may not always know if burrito is spelled with a "U" or an "O," but I love a tasty breakfast wrapped in a blanket of flour. Coming from a stay in Southern California, where the burritos are plenty, truly Mexican, and delicious, I hadn't been able to name Palm Beach County's best until I took a bite into Darbster's creamy burrito delight!Nicely chopped and deliciously seasoned tofu and tempeh bacon work well with a melting of cheese and guacamole. Pico de gallo was light on the spice and served on the side.
Enjoyed a lovely evening trying a variety of dishes and sides. I was amazed by the raw lasagna and bacon cheeseburger! Also the wings. So many great dishes and sauces! Oh and dessert? Their PB & chocolate cake is my guilty pleasure. Love how they change their menu for new things to try.
Delicious vegan food and big portions. Will be back!

Vegan for four years. Love trying innovative vegan fare. Can't find many desserts that aren't overly sweet but Darbster nailed them! I had the chocolate cake and cheeze cake. Delicious! The chick'n sandwich was the best! The onion rings had way too much breading and the breading was a bit over cooked. They were super greasy and heavy. Mac n cheeze was inedible.
Just WOW! ???Really good & delicious vegan food ??My favorite was a Raw Nachos they taste sooooo good ??It was worth coming here from Miami ?
Okay… first off… WOW!! Randomly stopped in West Palm on the way South to grab some vegan food & I am SO glad we did. The “Benedict” was 10/10 no doubt. You just have to get this. That sauce is too good.Abbott was also very friendly, attentive & recommended great meals. He knows what he’s talking about.We also got the Buffalo Chik’n wrap & it was good but could’ve had a bit more Buffalo sauce.Dessert looked great, will definitely try some next time. Wish I didn’t live so far?
Great ambiance for an outdoor plant-based dining experience. Some amazing creative items on the menu as well. If you love mushrooms, the "Beef" Wellington is the dish for you.Keep an eye out for the green iguanas on the property as well.
