Cucina PBD used to be great but to sum up the order we got tonight—three pizzas, two missing ingredients.The previous order—all the ingredients piled in the center of the pizza and nothing in the outer third of the pizza.Cucina gets two stars for the quality of their ingredients but they need to get back to basics.So far they have two strikes in my personal experience. I am not sure I will give them a third chance. They need attention to the basics and maybe better supervision.
During quarantine I had a pizza delivered and it was above average and warranted a visit to the restaurant.Very disappointed in the experience.This time the pizza was under cooked and soggy to the point of being wet.The cheese was barely melted and the topping slid off the crust which in NO way was crispy.I understand that some toppings have a high moisture content.That being said a few more minutes in the oven would've made a world of difference.
We are staying at a nearby hotel for the weekend and decided to try this place for dinner. It was delicious! Pizzas were made to order with fresh ingredients and crust was crispy. My daughter said it was her new favorite pizza place, too bad it’s almost 200 miles from home! ?

Dough want as soft/fresh as I would have liked for the pizza. Flavors were great. Portions big, staff was nice, tons of garlic on the garlic cheese bread... So much I was tasting it many hours later.
I don’t normally give a bad review. However, this is the ham and cheese sub that we received for $12.99 I hope the other subs are more generous in the meat, just one thin slide. Can you find the cheese? Very disappointing. Complaint was given to the manager. If you must eat here, don’t order the ham and cheese sub. Just a warning.
This was a first time visit and it will not be our last . The pizza was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The staff is equally excellent. Friendly, very helpful and just a pleasure to experience. 10+ all the way !!!
This place is good. We've eaten here twice and both times the pizza was genuinely delicious. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, just all around decent. And they have good soda choices.
Walked into the place to pickup a delivery, everything looked great, calzones, pizzas, everything on the oven. I was planning on eating there myself soon, until the girl at the counter gave an order (I didn’t know to whom) to get the soda from the fridge (which was part of the delivery I was just picking up for a courier service), I assumed she was talking to her co worker who was in charge of the oven so it kind of surprised me but I was on my phone, until she comes up to my face and says “excuse me, get a ginger ale”, signaling to the fridge with her face, like it’s a casual thing, like I’m her co worker or employee, like it’s normal, without a please. I don’t know, I might be over reacting, but to me that’s just wrong.
if you want to eat an Italian pizza go to Cucina Pizza By design in west Palm beach. the pizza is very good told by an Italian ?. the staff are delightful.
